provide cradle-to-grave support for all sponsored project activity (pre and post-award)

Contract negotiators draft, review, and negotiate all sponsored project/research contracts, except licenses/IP agreements

Central office staff serve as post-award liaison, points of contact for audits, and other post award/financial matters

Significant hiring of staff to complete the office organizational chart
