40 faculty and staff completed Cultural Proficiency training in October to become a campus cadre of trained facilitators.
50 faculty and staff attended Student Equity Multiple Measures and Cultural Proficiency Retreat in September.
Three cohorts of students (100 students total) trained in Mindset, Grit and Resiliency since last August.
RCC RISERS is a Student Equity pilot program launched for Spring 2017 of 67 full-time, continuing students with a declared major and a GPA of 2.0 or greater on a 2+2 fast track pathway.
