browsing, ipage has become the ultimate e-business tool for the book industry. For
many booksellers around the world, it is the one tool they use every day.
Third-Party Point-of-Sale
Spring Arbor encourages our customers to use computerized inventory managementand Point-of-Sale (POS) systems because of the efficiencies they bring to Christian
retailers. Many POS vendors are integrated with Ingram | Spring Arbor to provide
a full suite of ordering capabilities including license plate receiving and stickering.
With these services, your books are ready for the shelf when they arrive at your
door. Additionally, many systems also provide direct access to Ingrams full
database of images, title, and stock status information in real-time, allowing you to
find and fill special requests. Contact your POS vendor to learn more about all ofordering features available with your system and the ability to integrate with Spring
Arbors title data.

DATA SERVICESSpring Arbor provides the most up-to-date and accurate book data in the industry.
This information is available in a variety of formats.
Spring Arbor Inventory Lookup (SAIL)This database includes all the basic bibliographic information you need on every
title in our inventory and is updated on a monthly basis. As the data supplier to
popular systems like IBID, IRT, and others, SAIL is a powerful database to have at
your service.
PROfichePROfiche provides all the essential information youll need on every title in Spring
Arbors inventory. This includes ISBN/EAN, title, author, subject code, publisher,
publication date, discount rate, retail price, and much more. Many inventory
management systems have developed modules to search the PROfiche database,
add a title to a purchase order, or add title data to your inventory. This database isdelivered monthly on CD-ROM.
Data Services | APIAs a Spring Arbor customer, you have access to the most comprehensive title
database in the book industry. Ingram Data Services | API product connects you
with information on all the products available in Spring Arbors inventory. In addition,
you can access data for the millions of titles you can purchase new from Ingramas well as those available in the industry as new, used, or out of print. Best of all,
access to our database is available to you through your current point-of-sale system
or application. The Ingram Data Services | API product is available to both physical
and online Christian retailers.
Data Services | Web and FTP services
For online retailers, Spring Arbor allows customers to receive title informationdirectly from our server using our Web service or FTP service. You can upload

Co-op ReportsCo-op Reports are your best tool for reviewing publisher purchases through Spring
Arbor and using this information to apply for advertising dollars from publishers. You
may choose to receive printed reports either annually or quarterly, or you may view
electronic reports monthly, quarterly, or annually via ipage. Reports are available for
a small fee.
BIBLE SERVICES
Bible HotlineAs a Spring Arbor customer, you have access to our on-staff Bible experts through
our FREE Bible Hotline, a unique service in the Christian retailing industry.

Bible Imprinting and IndexingBible Imprinting is available in all of Spring Arbors distribution centers for a small
