Tuesday’s will focus more on individual skill development, while Saturday’s will be pure games with students placed on teams and playing against other CI teams. Aquatics (Grade K-8) Tuesday: Non-swimmer (3:35-4:15) 125,000 KRW Tuesday: Beginner (4:15-5:00) 125,000 KRW Thursday: Water Polo (3:40-4:40) 125,000 KRW Fridays: Intermediate (3:15-4:15) 125,000 KRW Fridays: Advanced (4:15-5:15) 125,000 KRW The aquatics program will continue to provide skill development for all ability levels. More detailed information about the individual aquatics classes is provided on the the parent portal in the CICP section. CICP General Information

Come learn how to build an amusement park game that involves things like dodge-balls, basketballs, hula-hoops and robots. Students will learn how to program robotic sensors using MIT's Scratch programming language and integrate Sparkfun's Interactive Sensor Boards into their projects. They will also learn how to use Pico Cricket & Lego NXT robotic sets.

Kids Art Club (Grade K-2)

Kids Art Club, taught Mrs. Maiquez, is a fun way for students to build on their representational drawing and painting skills, with focus on direct observation, light, medium, and dark values, and color mixing.

Tuesdays, 3:30-4:15, Grd. Pre K-1 4:15-5:00, Grd. 2-3, Main Gym 100,000 KRWMrs. Heveland will lead this fun program focussing on the basics of gymnastics! Students will increase their flexibility, strengthen muscles, gain coordination and self confidence. We will use tumbling mats, a high and low balance beam, a trampoline, and much more. Students will be introduced to basic tumbling, vaulting skills, and balance. Come join us!

Chadwick Taekwondo classes will soon begin. Learn to develop strength, flexibility, speed, agility and coordination with instructor Brendan Clancy. Mr. Clancy has a 3rd degree black-belt in taekwondo and has taught English Taekwondo for four years at Yeonsei University. Mr. Clancy is happy to bring his experience as a native speaking taekwondo instructor to Chadwick and looks forward to working with students.

The indoor rock climbing program. lead by Mr. Henkel, will continue to teach the sport of climbing and the safety techniques it takes to climb the wall.   Rock climbing is an exciting sport that builds self-confidence, strength, and teamwork skills.

Robotics (Grade 3-8)Thursdays, 3:30-4:30, MPR 100,000 KRWMr. Cameron will teach this specialized all around sports program that motivates kids to want to power up their many athletic skills through games and activities that unleash imagination and promote positive play. Students will improve ball skills, agility, balance, teamwork, focus, and much more. Students also earn their own power level player cards!

Super Moverz (Grade Pre K-1)

Lessons will be offered Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat - visit CICP on the portal for all the details.2x per week for 125,000 KRW We are proud to introduce a new coach from Canada who will be providing lessons and organizing social hitting times for CI students and parents. Tom Carlaw is a certified Level 1/2 Coach with Tennis Canada and has been living in Korean for the past 10 years. Please visit CICP on the Portal for more detailed information about this new Tennis Club.

Fridays, 3:00-4:00, Grd. 1-5, Skills Focus, 100,000Saturdays,12:00-1:00, Grd. 1-5, Game Day, 100,000Spring baseball is ready to launch in CI with two days per week being offered, Friday for skills and Saturday for more game play. The players can also look forward to a baseball jamboree with Dulwich College on May 26th.

Fridays, 3:00-4:00, CI Dance Studio 100,000 KRW

Mr Sharp will teach this exciting dance program. Junior Jazz will be all about finding the music in the body and learning some basic jazz dance skills for performance. All that is required is a love of dance, comfortable clothes, a water bottle and a willingness to have fun, dance and perform.

Intermediate English for Parents

Come and be a "risk-taker!" This course is taught by Mrs. Eckel and is for intermediate speakers of English. We will have grammar and vocabulary lessons based on the need of the students. There is an opportunity to focus on English related to education, family life, and child raising.
