Diving for Chocolata Clams

Set off with Chef Gomez on this thrilling day excursion in search of chocolata clams found along Mexico's Baja California

Peninsula. The journey begins with an RZR off-roading

adventure along the east coast to Cabo Pulmo where you will

be greeted on the beach by local fisherman to take you out

to sea to dive for clams and snorkel in the crystal-clear water.

Upon return to shore, chef will show you how to prepare the

freshly caught clams and serve a delicious beach picnic before

heading back to the resort.

Sea Foraging

Join Chef Gomez on a sea foraging excursion in search of

local sea urchin, blue stone crabs and snails among the rocks

of Esperanza’s private beach. Chef will use all of the seafood

caught in the resort’s cove to prepare Chilpachole, a flavorful

authentic Mexican seafood stew that combines the unique

flavors of poblano pepper, dried oregano, fresh cilantro and

a wide-variety of seafood and vegetables. Savor the freshly-

made dish on the beach with a bo� le of wine.

Playa Paraíso Two-Story Open-Air Beach Palapas

Relax in seaside luxury in one of our new two-story open-

air beach palapas, featuring a daybed, playful swing, a BOSE

speaker for lounging, private butler service, a variety of additional

amenities such as a Yeti Cooler filled with beverages and add-

ons such as a private one-hour acoustic concert and a 60-minute

massage for two.

MORNING JOURNEY:

Guests can begin the day in their private two-story beach palapa

with a meditation or yoga class, followed by breakfast with

sparkling wine and mixers and, a� er enjoying the warm Baja sun

and salty sea air, a delicious lunch.

SUNSET SPLENDOR:

A� er a day in the sun, guests can enjoy barefoot bliss with El Beso

Mágico cocktail hour at sunset, a private chef BBQ dinner paired

with a bo� le of wine or champagne and a bonfire with s’mores.

Born and raised in the Maryland countryside, Audra found her way to the yoga mat in 2002 a� er years of training in classical ballet and competitive horse showing. When she is not in the yoga studio, she can be found riding horses, cooking, laughing, and spending time with her husband Shawn and their two children, Sam and Ma� ie.

APRIL 21 TO 28, AMY OPIELOWSKI AND BETH O’REILLY

A� er earning a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, Amy spent a few years in personal training and management at 24 Hour Fitness. In 2007, she was introduced to CorePower Yoga and has been with CPY ever since, serving as the National BootCamp Lead and the Regional Program Manager for San Diego. Her aim is to inspire her students to take a leap of faith into a class or program that will challenge them physically and also transform their quality of daily living through reflection and mindfulness.

A� er years of modern dance training and performing, Beth began her yoga practice in 2000. She quickly discovered that a regular yoga practice could reduce stress, heal injuries, and deepen her connection to what she values most in life. A� er years of practice as a student, Beth was ready to take her yoga to the next level - as an instructor. She achieved her teacher training certification through CorePower Yoga 2007.
