WELCOME TO THE NORWICH WOMEN’S CLUB

SPRING GALA AND SILENT AUCTION

It is with great anticipation, excitement and pride that we welcome you to the 2012 Spring Gala. This is the event that, with your help, will allow us to fund our community grants that support so many worthwhile Norwich projects. The enthusiasm of the NWC members who worked so hard to make this event a success has been contagious. What started as a small group of women kept growing as so many people wanted to play a role. Now that the evening is here, our success is up to you. We are relying on the continued generosity of the Norwich community to put us over the top. Last year we distributed more than $22,000 in community grants. We hope to do even better this year. We invite you to browse through the auction catalog, have a drink with your neighbors and friends, feast on the delicious goodies, and bid… and then bid again! Every winning bid will let you go home with something to add to your house, provide you with a unique vacation, a fun experience, or an unusual party or a fabulous feast to enjoy with your friends or family. But even more important, one hundred percent of every dollar raised will go back to supporting our community through the NWC Community grants. We would like to extend our congratulations to John Girard, the winner of our first annual Norwich Grant for Community Service. We owe a great big thank you to Ledyard National Bank for their financial support, and to all the wonderful donors and volunteers who helped to make this evening a success. Have a great evening! Arline Rotman President Norwich Women’s Club
