A note on music:We are now
accepting donations tosupport the ongoing
booking of live music. Aswe constantly re-
evealuate in an effort tonever cease improving
and ensure oursustainability, we havereason to wonder if the
music has enoughsupport. We pay our
musicians, more thanmany places, but never
what we feel theydeserve considering
their talent, their traveltimes, and the fact theyare some of the nicest
people you'll meet. Still,for us it can be as muchas 25% of daily revenue.We also feed them and
provide beverages.Musicians all tell usHomefield is their
favorite place to play,and we appreciate that
very much. We know it'strue because many of
overworked kitchencrew. We are one room,one team. Generally, thecook delivers the food
and the waitress washesdishes. All of us are all
in and the tips areshared ensuring our
success is felt byeveryone and will
provide some of the bestall around pay rates ofany restaurant in my 30plus years experience.
