Beginners are welcome to all classes. Classes start Thursday 14th April (unless otherwise indicated). Dedicated Yoga Studio at the Royal Northern & Clyde Yacht Club, all equipment provided & free parking. Drop in available or pre-book via the website. Mon Dynamic Yoga (Ashtanga Style) 7.30pm 8.45pm Roni A stronger class based on Ashtanga yoga to build strength & relax. Tue Yoga & Mindfulness for Pregnancy - starts 7th June & 12th July for 5 weeks 6.30pm 7.30pm Cate A calming class to help you navigate this amazing journey & prepare for Motherhood in both body & mind. Each 5 week block - must be pre-booked. Tue Teens Yoga - from 16th August 6.30pm 7.30pm Cate A chilled out session to help release tension, anxiety & stress. Tue Restorative Yoga - from 7th June 7.45pm 9pm Cate A super slow class where we use props to deeply relax & restore, to help with the effects of chronic stress or with recovery from injury or illness. Wed Yin Yoga - middle Wed of the month - 11th May, 15th June 7.30pm 9pm Roni A wonderfully slow & nourishing class to work deep within our bodies. Thur Moving Well Yoga for the ageing body - from 21st April 11am 12pm Roni A gentle class to help stay active, physically & mentally. Can help to retain balance, mobility & strength. Thur Gentle Yoga 7pm 8pm Cate A gentle class to restore, renew & relax. Thur Flow Yoga 8.15pm 9.30pm Cate A flowing class to energise, relax & stretch out any stress. Fri Mindfulness 8 week course - starts 17th June 7pm 9pm Cate/Carole This course will teach you how to develop a Mindfulness practice for enhanced wellbeing. This course must be pre-booked. Fri Flow Yoga & Drinks - last Friday of the month 29th April, 27th May, 24th June 7.30pm 9.30pm Cate A lovely yoga practice followed by chat & a glass of wine , seasonal juice or herbal tea. Drop in or pre-book - £13. Sat Qigong 10am 11.15am Ken A gentle focused & rhythmic movement class. Sat Tai Chi 11.30am 12.45pm Ken A gentle movement practice to help energise. Sun Easy like Sunday Morning Flow Yoga 10am 11.15am Cate/Fiona The perfect level of energy & relaxation for a Sunday morning .
