How to download the program

The program can be downloaded from here: http://www.spyrix.com/spyrix-personal-monitor.php

How to install the program

Once you have downloaded the software, run the installation file. Press “Yes”

Choose installation language

Press “Next”

Accept the agreement and press “Next”

Choose installation folder. It is better to leave default folder.

Press “Next”

Press “Install”

Press “Finish” to complete installation. The program will launch automatically after installation

Settings wizard

First run of the program. Welcome screen of Settings wizard. You may skip it, setting all by yourself later

by pressing “Skip Wizard”. But we recommend not to do it and configure all in order.

Step 1 of 6. Choose options for hiding the program.

Step 2 of 6. Create your password to active the program from hidden mode.

Step 3 of 6. Set the quality of screenshots and choose variants when screenshots should be made.

Step 4 of 6. Choose or add sites or categories that will be added to black or other lists.

Step 5 of 6. Choose social networks and messengers that you want to monitor.

Step 6 of 6. Configure log delivery.

1) Configuring of online monitoring. Place a tick in Online monitoring (via any web-browser)

Then fill the first form – Create NEW account (if you don’t have it)

Enter your email and a password.

Then press Create NEW Online Monitoring Account.

If you’ve done everything correctly, you will see the following message:

Then fill the second form – Web connection settings. Enter email and a password that you wrote during

registration in the first form. Choose “Delivery time” and press “Test secure connection”.

You should see the following message.

If all is done correctly, you may press “Try to send log”

If all is correct, you will see the following window. In the lower part there will be a date and a message:

Data uploaded successfully.

Then press “Done”, after that the main window of the program will open, or press “Enter your Online

Monitoring Account.”

You will be forwarded to https://spyrix.com/dashboard

Here you may enter login and a password that you wrote earlier in the program and you will enter web-

panel.

How to registrate the program

Registration form can be opened through the upper menu of program – About.

Then press “Enter license activation code”.

After purchase you will receive an email with license type and registration key. For example:

License Type: SPM PRO – 3 license (AERYF)

Activation Code: AAAAAA-2A2A2A-BBBBBB-ABABAB-TTTTTT-8T9T9R

You should copy and enter this key in appropriate fields. For example:

Open the program. Go to Log Delivery. Place a tick in Online monitoring (via any web-browser)

Then fill the first form – Create NEW account (if you don’t have it)

Enter your email and a password

Then press Create NEW Online Monitoring Account.

If you’ve done everything correctly, you will see the following message:

Then fill the second form – Web connection settings. Enter email and a password that you wrote during

registration in the first form.

Choose Delivery time and press Test secure connection

You should see the following message.

If all is done correctly, you may press Try to send log

If all is correct, you will see the following window. In the lower part there will be a date and a message:

Data uploaded successfully.

How to set sending logs to Email

- Via Spyrix Security Inc.

Open the program. Go to Log Delivery.

Choose Email tab and place a tick near Delivery by Email.

Then in “Via Spyrix Security Inc.” window in “Email” field enter your Email, configure Delivery Interval

and choose in what form you want to receive a file. By default it is CSV.

Then press “Apply” and “Test”

If you’ve done everything correctly, you will see a message about successful sending of test message to your

email.

You may also check in what form log file will be sent to you. Press “Test Log Creation” in the same

window.

- User settings

You may also set sending logs to email via your mail service.

Press “User settings” tab to do it.

Here you should enter your email, SMTP/Port, User Name and Password. After that press “Apply” and

“Test”

If you’ve done everything correctly, you will see a message about successful sending of test message to your

email.

These settings are for advanced users. We recommend you to send logs via our server – Via Spyrix Security

Inc

How to set sending logs via FTP

Open the program. Go to Log Delivery.

Choose FTP tab and place a tick near Delivery by FTP.

Then you need to fill FTP server, Remote FTP Folder, User Name and Password fields.

After that press “Apply” and “Test”

If you’ve done everything correctly, you will see a message about successful sending of test message to your

folder via FTP.

How to set sending logs via Local Network

Open the program. Go to Log Delivery.

Choose Local Network tab and place a tick near Delivery by Local Network.

Then you need to fill Shared Folder, User Name and Password fields.

After that press “Apply” and “Test”

If you’ve done everything correctly, you will see a message about successful sending of test message to your

folder in local network.

How to set sending logs via Google Drive

Open the program. Go to Log Delivery.

Choose Google Drive tab and place a tick near Delivery to Google Drive.

Press “Apply”

Then press “Connect the program to your Google Drive Account”

A browser will open and ask you to enter your Google account.

Then you will see a program window with a request. Press “Accept”

Then you will see a confirmation code from Google. Copy it and enter in the program

If you’ve done everything correctly, you will see a message about successful connection with your Google

account.

Then press “Test” and you will see a message about successful sending of test message to your Google

Drive account.

Open Google Drive. We see that Spyrix Personal Monitor folder appeared.

Logs from the program will be sent to this folder.

Open the folder and see our first test log.

Open it

This message means that you’ve done everything correctly.

How to set sending logs via Dropbox

Open the program. Go to Log Delivery.

Choose Dropbox tab and place a tick near Delivery to Dropbox.

Press”Apply”

Then press “Connect the program to your Dropbox account”

Then you will be asked to enter your Dropbox account. After that you will see a request from the program:

Press “Allow”. After that the following window will appear:

Return to the program and press “OK”

After that you will see a message about successful connection with your Dropbox account. Press “OK”

Then you can open “Apps” folder in your Dropbox account. You will see “Spyrix Personal Monitor” folder

there.

Open the folder and see our first test log.

Congratulate! You successfully configured sending logs from the program to your Dropbox account
