1. Open Sql 2k folder and select Autorun icon

2. select Sql server 2000 components

3. Double click Install Database Server

4. select next button

5. select Local Computer

6. select Create new instance and press NEXT button

7. Enter Name and company name

8. press yes for accept agreement

9. select server and client tools

10. select Default

11. select Destination path and select next button

12. select Use in local system account

13. select mixed mode and enter password or select blank password

14. select next button

15. then Continue installation

16. then click finish button

17. Then Restart Your computer
