Week 3 Small Group Guide Welcome If you had to build an entire city but could only use ONE material, what would you use and why? Click on the link above for access to this week's video! There are three pauses for questions this week. week 3 video Small Group Questions Have you and your friends ever tried to pull of an epic plan? What happened? Think about a group or team that you have had to work together with. What was good about working together? What was challenging about working together? What is one positive thing you can bring to a team or group? PAUSE ONE What is one thing that you can do to contribute to your squad? Think of a special talent, ability, or gift that you have that can make a positive impact. What are some of the things that you are not as good at that you are going to rely on your squad for? This could be a weakness or a challenge that you face. PAUSE TWO scripture EPHESIANS 4: 1-11 Click on the verse to read the passage on Bible Gateway Close in Prayer Remember to end each small group with a practice of prayer. Today you can pray that God will tear down the walls of separation that might be present in your group. CLOSING ACTIVITY Brainstorm as a group what you can do to help one another grow together. Write three goals that you want to commit to that will help with growth. These can be a big goal like reading a book of the bible together, or a smaller goal like having each member show up to youth group at least every other meeting. Write down how you can grow together on a piece of paper and have your leader keep it to look back on.
