A 'i() I En*o+ ,"tc$in&

'Show White and the Seven Dwarfs' is my favourite film. I enjoy

it very much and have already seen it twice. This Walt Disney film is

popular still. Children, as well as adults, find the characters lovable,

especially the seven dwarfs and Snow White.

In this film, I enjoy the beautiful woodland scenes, the tiny

cottae amon the trees and the strane, little men !! the dwarfs. The

pretty birds, s"uirrels, deer and other forest creatures are also

lovable.

Snow White is charmin and dainty, with her sweet voice,

round, spar#lin eyes and a cute little mouth. She is a pleasure towatch as she sins lovely sons li#e '$ust Whistle While %ou Wor#'

and 'Some Day &y rince Will Come' while busy washin, dustin

and coo#in for the dwarfs. The beautiful scenes are further

enhanced by the blue birds who help her alon as she wor#s all alone

in the house.

The dwarfs are comical with their short, fat bodies andinterestin names that suit each of them perfectly !! Doc, (rumpy,

)appy, Sleepy, Snee*y, +ashful and Dopey. I especially li#e Dopey

who is shy and lovable and who always ta#es up the last position in

the "ueue.

The wic#ed witch, on the other hand, loo#s uly and repulsive,

especially to children. In contrast, the handsome prince ridin on

horsebac# is a welcome character. )is wa#in Snow White up after

her lon sleep, and ridin off with her after savin her life, is a happy

scene one will always remember.

I can never et tired of watchin 'Snow White and the Seven

Dwarfs', one of the best fairy tales shown on screen and would dearly

love to see it aain.

eclipses happen -or your information, a solar eclipse occurs due to

the movement around the earth. The moon and the earth is chanin

its orbit.

Solar eclipses occur durin the daytime, when the moon is

between the earth and the sun. This resulted in part sun to the earth's

surface bloc#ed by the moon.

Durin the occurrence of the solar eclipse, the moon will ma#e

up two of the earth's shadow, the shadow of the umbra and

penumbra shadow. -ull of shadows and dar# umbra will only reach a

small portion to the surface, while partial and penumbral shadows

dim. )owever, there is little liht will reach the earth larer than the

umbra. This case the result will be a dar# s#y slowly.

-or your information, a solar eclipse occurs in two situations,

namely a total eclipse and a partial eclipse. total eclipse occurs

when the moon ta#es around the sun. artial eclipse occurs when the

moon was only partially covers the sun. Total solar eclipse rare.

Chances are you can see the eclipse this once in a lifetime.

If you would li#e to see a solar eclipse, do not ever see eye

telescopes, television, and so on. This is because sunliht can

uust 2371, )ari 0emerde#aan is a sinificant date throuhout

&alaysia. 8n this day, &alaysians from all bac#rounds, race and

reliion celebrate toether in a harmonious way. Traditionally, a rand

and colourful parade is held at the &erde#a S"uare in 0uala /umpur,

where people can attend and celebrate. 9arious overnment

aencies and private sectors join toether to participate in the parade.

They will march in front of the %an Di!ertuan on :the 0in;,

ministers, special uests and a sea of spectators. Similarly, other

parades are also held in different states.

<ach year, there will be a different theme for the &erde#a

eople eace;. This theme is in conjunction with the concept of

premises and also vehicles.

The effort for independence was spearheaded by Tun#u bdul

@ahman utra l!)aj, the first rime &inister of &alaysia. )e led a

deleation of ministers and political leaders of &alaya in neotiations

with the +ritish officials in /ondon for independence, alon with the

)ome is the place where we are born and live. It is the sweetest

place in the world. When we sense daner elsewhere we find safety

in our home. When there is joy, we share it with other members of our

F)ome, home, sweet home, There is no place li#e home.F

&y home is situated in the middle of the villae. There are si6

members in our family. They are my father, mother, rand!father,

rand!mother, my sister and myself. I am the second and the

younest child of my parents. So, bein the younest member, I

enjoy love and affection of all. &y father is an advocate. &y mother is

a teacher. She wor#s in the rimary School in our villae. &y sister is

a student. She reads in Women's Collee. &y rand!mother and

rand!father love my parents. I am their favourite rand son.

We live in a thatched house. The house indicates the simplicity

of our family. It has mud walls. There are four rooms e6cludin the

drawin room and the #itchen.

I respect my parents and old rand!parents. I always obey their

commands. &y mother and rand!mother do not li#e to part with me

for a moment. When I o to school, my rand!mother accompanies

me up to the school. She waits for me at the school ate durin thelast period.

&y mother coo#s food for us. s she is a teacher, she prepares

food in the mornin and preserves it properly for lunch. &y sister who

stays in the collee hostel often comes and helps my mother in her

wor#. I sometimes play interestin jo#es with my rand!father and

rand!mother.

&y uncle comes to our family every month. )e brins sweets

for me. Sometimes the friends of my father come and ta#e dinner

here. &y father is a ood host. 8n my birthday my mother invites

other teachers of her school. They all come and share the joy with us.

ll the villaers respect my home. They say that ours is an ideal

home.

Tourism has a uni"ue characteristic that ma#e this industry different

from other industry. Tourism has numerous of product and services

that they can provide. 8ne of the tourism that nowadays has most

demand is cultural tourism.

Cultural tourism refers to the place that provide the cultural and

heritae attraction. These attraction include the cultural performance,ames, reliious practice and handicraft. )istory, culture and reliion

are the element of tourism. &any tourists visit these places to see the

uni"ue history and culture.

&alaysia has many ethnic heritaes include &alays, Chinese, Indian

and many more such as #ada*an and daya#. <ach ethnic have theirown uni"ue characteristic such as weddin ceremony, ames, foods

and lifestyle. &alaysian can show more on their uni"ue lifestyle

throuh homestay.

)omestay is a form of accommodation which uest are stayin with

the host family toether in one house. This is one way for &alaysian

to welcome uest and let them #now better about this country. It is a

place where traditional local people open up their homes for tourist.

The purpose is for tourist to feel and e6perience the true lifestyle of

traditional &alaysian. <6periencin homestay is the fastest and

cheapest way for tourist to #now more about &alaysia. Throuh

homestay, tourist will et to how thins wor# traditionally without

influence from others.
