ABOUT THE ROLE CP is looking for a Sr. Program Manager tocontribute to the critical growth of theorganization. The successful candidate will leadthe strategy and implementation of CP’sprogramming while leading the expansion of CP'sschool and community partnerships. This personwill assume the day-to-day management of thecurriculum delivery, program budget, andprogram staff. Reporting to the Executive Director,this individual will work closely with the leadershipteam, program interns and fellows, communitypartners, youth participants, and volunteers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Set strategy and directly manage CP’s mentor,peer leader, community-based, and school-based programs Implement CP’s curriculum delivery model, itsdevelopment and revisions Ensure ongoing programmatic excellencethrough rigorous evaluation meeting CP datadevelopment and analytical goals

Manage new and existing school partners Establish relationships with communityleaders in the sectorLead program expansion and delivery Implement curriculum pricing model

Coach and supervise program team

Manage yearly program budget Support in hiring, onboarding, and evaluationof program staff

The position will be mainly responsible for thefollowing areas, but duties can expand beyondcentral responsibilities of:

ABOUT THE ROLE CP is looking for a Marketing andCommunications (M&C) Assistant to manage theonline presence of the organization and lead thecommunication management for programs,fundraisers, and events. This person will havedirect oversight of CP’s social media campaignsensuring that their rollout is strategic, action-based, and measurable. The successful candidatewill manage CP's brand guidelines, guaranteeingthat all organization collateral is brand compliant.Reporting to the Executive Director, thisindividual will work closely with the M&C team toeffectively brand and promote the organization.

Create and manage content for CP’s socialmedia platforms (Instagram, Twitter,Facebook, and TikTok) Collaborate with M&C team to developmarketing strategies, content, postingschedules, and event flyersSet clear goals around growth of social mediaengagement and presence Provide quarterly analytic reports assessingresults against goals Plan #ThePowerOne, #GivingTuesday andother engaging and substantive fundraisingcampaigns

Manage CP’s website content, ensuring thatall pages are up-to-dateCraft strategic and compelling storytellingmessage for CP to share its mission, vision,values, and updatesCreate copy for annual reports, emailcommunications, and newsletters Proofread and copy edit all external facingdocuments Research and write CP's press releases, highlighting accomplishments and othernews while establishing strong relationshipswith reporters
