SRI DURGAMALLESWARA SWAMY TEMPLE SEVA BOOKING

The purpose of Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Seva Ticket Booking is to get the Seva tickets booking to the citizen without approaching to the Temple. To avail this service, citizen needs to approach Meeseva Franchise.Which is under Endowments Department. The Kanakadurga goddess is located at Vijayawada in Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Temple.

Category Type A User Charges Seva Amount User Charges

If the Seva amount is < 1,000 Rs.5/- If the Seva amount is >1,000 to 5,000

Rs.10/-

If the Seva amount is >5,000 to 10,000

Rs.15/-

If the Seva amount is >10,001 and above

Rs.25/-

Service Charges As Stipulated according to Seva SLA 15 Minutes

Procedure for applying the Request at Kiosk: - This section contains instructions for the operators of the Meeseva web application to apply for Sri Durgamalleswara Swamy Temple Seva booking

1) In Meeseva home screen, under List of Services, select Endowment Department services as depicted in Figure 1.

2) Select Sri Durgamalleswara Swamy Temple Seva booking Service in Endowment Department as depicted in Figure 2.

3) Sri Durgamalleswara Swamy Temple Seva booking Request Screen will be displayed as depicted I in Figure3

4) Select date, Seva type and Seva categories as depicted in Figure 4.

Note: - Here Devotee can select more than one sevas in single application.

5) Enter Applicant details such as Husband Name and wife name, mobile No and Gothram as depicted in figure 5.

Note: All the mandatory fields have to be filled in otherwise request will not be accepted by the system. Note: Ensure that you have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA), else the system will not accept the request.

6) After click on confirm payment, A message will be displayed like “Payment done successful. Please take printout”, click on print icon to get the receipt as depicted in figure 6.

7) A receipt will be generated as depicted in the following figure.

Note: - On submission of the request, Citizen Receives Message. Like your Request for SRI

DURGAMALLESWARA SWAMY TEMPLE SEVA BOOKING Application has been entered vide

Application Number, Transaction Id. Important instructions to the pilgrim:

� All pilgrims should wear traditional dress for Sevas/Darshans. � One of the member from the group listed above should be present while availing the darshan

with original ID proof � The pilgrim must carry the electronic reservation slip print out � In case the pilgrim does not carry the slip, at least the mobile confirmation

Message must be shown to the authorities when requested for the same.

Note: - The Admission pass is cannot to be transferred to other Devotee
