We offer our most humble Pranams at the Sacred Lotus Feet of Bhagavan Baba that may His
Divine direction take us to the destination of realizing the divinity in each and every one
which shall come only through the feeling of universal love and selfless service to the needy
without any ostentation.
This path of love enunciated by Him makes us to bear the muscles of iron and nerves of steel.
And it shall happen only by observing the concept of discipline and duty under whatsoever
the circumstances it may be. The proper utilization of situation have to be understood by
discrimination with the assistance of intellect and intuition thus undertaking the path with
full determination as Buddha did either to realize or die before He could walk on earth.
For this Bhagavan Baba has initiated us into the simplest and the noblest path by singing the
Glory of God. If the roots are sturdy and strong, the tree shall be grow straight with well
built trunk and it's off shoots. He has shown us the true essence of education is character.
He has taught us that money comes and goes, morality comes and grows, love flows and
divinity is its true charm!
We the devotees in Himachal Pradesh are undertaking all activities as directed by Bhagavan
Baba with feelings of His Omni witness. And come up to His expectations by adhering to the
meaning of Himachal, as told by Him, which are Him + Achal. Him is snow which is symbol of
purity and achal which is permanent and does not waver. Therefore Himachal stands for
PURITY. And we undertake all activities' in the name of SAI to take us to purity as to realize
that we all are Sathyam, Shivam, and Sundram.
We pray! We may all come up to His expectations.
Offering our most humble salutations again, we pray to reach Him through love, Seva and
righteous education.

''My humble pranam at the lotus feet of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba''
In the year 1993 I came in contact with bhagwanShriSatyaSai Baba and in 1996 I joined Sri
Satya Sai Seva Sangathan for seva activities . As par of this endeavor me and my team has
organized 485 free eye camps throughout the state of HP in which about 2,00,000 patients
were examined and more than 22,000 eye surgeries ( intraocular lens) were performed . In
addition to lower areas we have covered most backward and tribal areas of Himachal like
Pangi, Tissa, Bharmour in Chamba distt , Kelong, Udaypur and Kaza in Lahaul & Spiti district,
Chopal in Shimla and Rajgarh and Shilai in Sirmour dist of himachal Pradesh . Bhagwan's
grace is apparent from the fact that almost 100% success rate is seen in most of these camps.
Many patients who were blind from both eyes got their vision in our camps. A lady at Ghodi
Dhabidi Camp of Hamirpur dist could see her children after 30 years when she got vision in
our camp. There was hardly any camp when Baba did not make his presence felt by way of
vibhuti, amrit or shahad.
We all feel blessed as Baba gave us this opportunity to serve the people. “Manavseva is the
madhav seva” concept has transformed me from 'I' to 'we' and from 'We' to 'He'. Now I am
firmly convinced that it was only swami who had done all this not I/we.
I pray to swami that he should keep on showering this blessing to all the devotees of
Himachal Pradesh.
It will be inappropriate if I do not express my gratitude to Swami for his personal favour to
me. I was a chain smoker and a heavy alcohol consumer, invariably going into a stage of
stupor after drinks. Swami once physically appeared in my home at Mandi when I was drunk
and moved me to leave drinking and smoking from the very next day. Swami come in the
dreams of my son after graduation and advised him to study very hard. My son follow
edswami's advice. After passing IAS mains swami again came in his dream and assured him to
get ready for interview. Next day result of main IAS was out and he was selected for
interview. It is my family's firm belief that it was swami's grace that my son got into IAS. I am
indebted to Swami for this personal favour to me.
With once again humble pranam at the lotus feet of the swami.

Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organization, Kullu
We offer our most humble Pranams at the Sacred Lotus Feet of Bhagavan Baba.
District Kullu is one of most beautiful district of Himachal Pradesh. Scenic beauty is so
splendid that it captivates the heart of all. It soothes the mind and gives thrill to each and
every one.
Bhardwaj family who runs a small hotel Manali were the initiators and also the
profound devotees of Bhagavan Baba. A very noble family and I had the opportunity to take ththem Prasanthinilayam on the 50 .Birthday Celebrations of Bhagavan Baba during the year
1975.
There are four Samithis and one Bhajan Mandali in district Kullu. Mostly the area of
the district is snow covered and cold chilly winds blows. Mostly the activities limited to
Bhajan and Nagar Sankirtan. Every year about 15 devotees participate in Seva at
Prasanthinilayam. Efforts are always made uplift the work but the results do not come up to
mark because of climate and limitation of area.
th90 .Birthday celebrations were undertaken throughout the year with full
enthusiasm.
R P Acharya
Dist. President
Area of District Kinnaur and Lahul & Spiti are least populated of Himachal Pradesh.
These are most difficult area to live even live normal life. It is snow bound area and the
passage opens in the month of July-August only. Because of snow bound district. The places
remain snow covered almost the whole year. Even then in there are regular Bhajan Mandalis
which do Bhajans once in a month.
Sri Sathya Sai Samithi, Mandi
The world rotates as per the Divine Will of Bhagavan Baba. In March, 1973 the news of
Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba spread like wild fire in whole of Himachal Pradesh. A few of
devotees who have the inner urge to see God in Human Form started walking at the mid of
night to cover the distance of 150 kms to reach Shimla and their wish fulfilled to see God. It
were these devotees like Mr. Kuldip Singh, Pritam Pal, Behal sahib, etcetera who were so
much influenced by the Divinity of Bhagavan Baba that they became mad in uttering in His
Divine Name that they went back to their place with the urge to meet Prof Shyam Sunder.
Prof Shyam Sunder did go to their place, showed the films on the life of Bhagavan Baba and
made the first Samithi in Mandi district. With the assistance of Netranand Malhotra, he
made another Samithi in Mandi and later on Sunder Nagar and later in the interior of Mandi
district was covered with the help Mr. Kundan Sharma, who is at present State Seva Dal
Convener. Later Mr. Shandilya who was the S.E. in P.W.D was a great force to take the Sai
Force in the Mandi Dist. It is with the Grace of Bhagavan Baba toughest terrain of Himalayan
region became resonant with Divine vibrations.
Mandi Districts have 6 Samithis and four Bhajan Mandalis. All are fully functional
carrying all the activities of the three wings of
Sai Organization that is, Bhajans, Nagar
Sankirtan, Study Circle etcetera are carried weekly on regular basis. Narayan Seva is

Report on activities of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, Solan
ST THSpecial Activities 1 July 2015- 30 June 2016
With the Divine Grace of Bhagavan Baba when Bhagavan coming to Shimla on th15 .March, 1973, while He was crossing Solan, a group people led by NCC Officer Ms. Mohini
and Mr. P.L. Shrama directed Physical Education, Govt. College, Solan thronged them on the
way. They raised dais for Bhagavan Baba to climb on it and give Darshan to the people. This
was their love for Swami. Bhagavan Baba materialized Vibhuti for the NCC officer and gave
His handkerchief to Mr. P.L. Sharma and assured them that he will stop at Solan during His
next visit. And Bhagavan did go and stop there to Thodo Grounds.
I, Prof. Shyam Sunder, had to work day and night to gather the people to make the
Samithi there at Solan. It was Mr. Malhotra an electric Engineer, a confectioner, mr. Jain, a
school teacher, Mr . Gosain, a Prof in B.Ed college, mr. Ramesh Sood and a few others, I
started Bhajan center and thus a Seva Samthi was formed. I took them to Rajmahindri to
attend the National Conference of Sri Sathya Sai Seva organization in the last week of
December, 1973. After the hard work put for two years Bhagavan Baba visited Shimla in 1975
and on His way back He did stop at Solan and gave me opportunity to address the audience.
He himself sang the Bhajans. Thus He fulfilled His promised.
Mr. Malhotra Electric engineer took the Aarti and Bhagavan Baba left for Delhi. I had
the opportunity to see Him of at Ambala. Mr. R.K. Puri was deputed to undertake the work.
After his transfer to Shimla mr. Ramesh Sood took the work. When Shri P.N. Sood got retired
from A.G. office, Shimla, he got settled at Shimla and took the Bhajan movement to its
peak. After a few years his health was not good, therefore Dr. Dr. Ramesh Chauhan was given
the chance to act as Dist. President. He did good work. Then Dr. Sanjay Aggarwal understood
the working of Sai Organization was given the chance to be Dist. President The most of the
men who are working in the Sai Organization now were just sucking milk from mother's
breast or toddling in the streets.. This is how the Sai moment started at Solan. The posterity
has to preserve it with purity, discipline and hard work. th

Dist UNA
This is one the smallest districts of Himachal Pradesh but it is one oldest Samithi in
Himachal Pradesh since the year 1975. Prof Shyam Sunder, State President paid his first in
October, 1975 totally unknown to the people and place. Through one of College colleague he
met few people. He made a film show on 1973 visit to Shimla. All were highly thrilled and

Bhagavan Baba in Una District.
Population in this district is less. But truly speaking it reflects the butter of devotees.
Here the Nagar Sankirtan takes place twice a week that is Thursday and Sunday. Study circle
undertaken by Mr. J.S. Chandel is superb and every word touches the devotees of Dist. Una.
Whereas Dr. C.S. Chauhan, a prominent Eye Surgeon, has conducted several hundred eye
camps touching toughest, remote and unreachable areas that are covered by the snow the
whole year, undertook eye surgeries curing thousands of patients thus bringing glory to the
name of Bhagavan Baba. All their activities are filled with quality of devotion. May Bhagavan
