Police said that opera- tion was carried out after receiving a tipoff about the presence of the militants in a house at Panzgam. A police official while talking to Greater Kashmir said: “We sealed all the entry and exit points lead- ing to the house and erect- ed barbed wire around the specific location. The Labour Party’s Khan—son of a Pakistani bus driver—won 57 percent of votes to become London’s third Mayor, drawing media attention from across the world with specific focus on his religion than the position.

Awantipura, May 7: Three militants were killed in an encounter with forces in Panzgam village in this south Kashmir area during intervening night of Fri-day-Saturday.
