RAW MATERIAL PRE-TREATMENT
SSEPL’s primary focus is on providing innovative, robust, efficient design
and customised raw material preparation system to treat available raw
materials with ideal configuration for fermentation process. Our expertise and
experience lie in understanding various inputs and analyse their behaviour in
different process conditions. This helps us in correctly comprehending
specific client requirements for processing different feed stocks in the least
possible intrusive fermentation system for achieving higher alcohol product
and yield.
The vast experience and knowledge of our technical professionals in this
industry provides us deep insight of microorganisms, cells, cellular
components, enzymes as well as temperature and pH and accordingly
design bio-reactors, which are capable of maintaining the Inoculum of

FERMENTATION
Be it Batch, Continuous or Fed-batch fermentation, SSEPL’s expertise lies in providing

SSEPL technical team’s unparalleled expertise and experience is leveraged for conducting
exhaustive analysis of thermodynamics and operational feasibility in different
environment and based on process intensification, determine optimum composition of
distillation columns operating under different pressure, heat exchangers for achieving
desirable heat duty and other apparatus for attaining significant energy saving in

design & engineering, manufacturing, erection & commissioning of Waste Water Treatment,

1. STORAGE AND FERMENTATION TANKS
SSEPL, since inception, has been in the business of supplying Reactors,
Tanks, Brew Tanks and Fermenters of various types and in different
sizes, catering to Biofuel, Bioethanol, Butanol, Biochemical, Brewery,
Marine and Pharmaceutical industries. SSEPL has built a strong client
base for Storage tanks, Fermenters and Vessels. We can provide flat bottom /
conical bottom / sloped bottom tanks, jacketed Tanks and Fermenters in
various sizes and capacities, which can operate on variety of feed stock
ranging from Molasses, Cane Juice to different types of Grains, namely Bajra,
Broken Rice, Maize, Sweet Sorghum etc.

The Process of distillation is extremely critical in any process plant, be it Bio
Fuel, Solvent Recovery, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, which plays
major part in determining the Capital and operating costs of the plant. While
distillation technology is quite old, the technology must meet continuous
demands of the clients’ energy reduction.
