via e-mail or on floppy disk

You load the programme into

@ssist Diary where you can view it and print it on your own

PC

As you progress through your programme you can make diary entries into

@ssist Diary recording your performance and providing

feedback for your trainer/coach. You can then send it back electronically

Your trainer/coach loads your diary entries into

@ssist Trainer to review it and make appropriate adjustments to your

programme.
