Ms. Ryan is recognized on both state and national levels for her abilities and commitment to services for older adults. On a national level, Ms. Ryan has held numerous appointments with LeadingAge

(formerly American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging - AAHSA). She served as Chair of the Board of this national not-for-profit association, and as Immediate Past Chair. Previously, Ms. Ryan served as Treasurer for the organization’s Board. As a past Executive Board Member, she has chaired the Budget and Finance, Sub-Acute and Assisted Living Committees. Ms. Ryan completed a term as Chair of the Board of the AAHSA Development Corporation. She was a board member of the International Association of Homes and Services for the Ageing, AAL and ARM and on the Commission of the Institute for the Future of Aging Services, AAHSA research arm.

On the local / state level, she was an adjunct faculty member in Health Administration at Washington University, and received their MHA Outstanding Alumni Award. She has been named to “Who’s Who In Health Care” by the St. Louis Business Journal. She is a Past President of the Missouri Association of Homes for the Aging and was the recipient of that organization’s Presidential Award for Outstanding Service and the Award of Honor / E. Willis Piehl Award.

Ms. Ryan has gained an excellent reputation for new facility development. Her expertise ranges from planning to operational start-up: service/program development, building design, budgeting, decorating, equipment selection, and staffing. Similarly, Ms. Ryan is noted for her operations management skills, including personnel management and financial control as well as customer relations and communication with boards of directors. Ms. Ryan’s background encompasses the management of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement centers, and community-based services for the elderly.

With a notable background in a variety of settings, Ms. Meatheany is highly skilled in the creation of programs and services for seniors. She is in charge of development consultation for the company and works with the team to create innovative conceptual design plans that are person centered and meet the needs of retiring seniors. Taking a project from a

“blue sky” to on-going operations is her passion. Ms. Meatheany has an-depth understanding of start-up operations, proforma and budget development and operational performance for excellence including achieving highly successful licensure survey results and resident satisfaction. She works closely with each of the Board of Directors, Owners and Investors on strategic planning and visioning to meet the organization’s mission.

Ms. Meatheany is the Corporate Compliance Officer for the St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors System, their subsidiaries and the managed communities. She oversees consulting and development projects for the organization. All of the communities in the St. Andrew’s organization including Independent, Assisted, Skilled and Continuing Care Retirement Communities report to her. These communities rank among the top long term care facilities in Missouri with national 5 STAR ratings from CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid). Ms. Meatheany is recognized as a leader in senior services with noted excellence in OBRA survey compliance, census enhancement strategies, operational cost containment designs and staff recruitment and retention strategies. With an emphasis on systems and benchmarking for success, Ms. Meatheany is strategically positioning the organization for healthcare reform and collaborative partnerships with acute and long term care service providers.

Prior to joining St. Andrew’s, Mrs. Meatheany was an Administrator in the acute care sector. She was also the area manager for a major long-term care chain, where she had operational responsibility facilities in Missouri and Illinois. Mrs. Meatheany is a Registered Nurse with a Masters in Business Administration. She was honored with the Distinguished Service Award by Leading Age Missouri in 2008 and received the Women of Worth Award in 2009 from the Older Women’s League. She completed the Leadership St. Louis program in 2011 and is a member of Focus St. Louis.

Mr. Elliott brings an impressive resume in the financial and information technology fields. Prior to St. Andrew’s, he was a Partner for Computer Sciences Corporation where he led a number of large consulting projects.

In addition to his financial management skills, he has led projects in the design and implementation of new business processes and information systems for financial, health and professional service organizations.

Many of his projects included reengineering organizational behavior, improvement to customer relationship, supply chain or manufacturing processes, implementation of new financial management processes and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for the PeopleSoft Group.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Mr. Elliott has a double major, BS in Finance and BBA in Accounting from University of Wisconsin. Areas of expertise include finance, accounting, technology, strategic planning, and performance management and risk analysis. Mr. Elliott is a member in good standing of the Missouri Institute of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s.
