Happy Sunday Everyone! I pray your Lent is going well. Let’s keep praying for the “Springtime” only Jesus can bring us! How awesome it was praying with many of you at our Lenten Retreat! I especially loved hearing how Jesus is at work in your lives. You’re all terrific! Special thanks to the happy helpers who worked behind the scenes to make this a great event! Men’s Club is meeting this Wednesday at 7pm in the meeting room. These guys are exciting to be around as they think of ways they can help our parish. A special shoutout and thanks to Mick Saxe for restoring the concession bathrooms and to all the guys painting! Confession Class is this Thursday in the meeting room at 7pm. Are you confused about Confession? Where is it in the Bible? Why do I have to confess to some red-headed priest who’s younger than my kids? Come and learn! (And seriously, no judgments. I just want you to receive Jesus’ love and mer-cy!) Fish Fry is Friday evening, 4:30–7pm. I hope you can join us—and bring a dessert! Sign ups are in the vestibule/lobby. God doesn't require us to succeed; He only requires that you try. —St. Mother Teresa Peace FF

All Catholics are called to pray for an increase in religious vocations.

Film Screening: “Holy Winding Sheet” at Paul-ine Books & Media:

As part of their Lenten Film Series the Daugh-ters of St. Paul are hosting a viewing of the “The Holy Winding Sheet,” a documentary on the Shroud of Turin at Pauline Books & Media, 9804 Watson Rd. in Crestwood on Thursday, March 22 at 6:30 pm

This locally produced documentary was pro-duced by Chuck Neff of Salt River Productions in 2015 and was the thesis of Parker Dow, then a senior at Priory High School. The film fol-lows Parker for six months as he meets four of the world’s leading experts on the Shroud. He sees first hand how they came to believe that it is, in fact, the burial cloth of Jesus.

The film will be introduced by Chuck Neff and he will facilitate a discussion afterwards. For more information call 314-965-3512. Admis-sion is free.
