24th Sunday in Ordinary Time ~ XXIV Domingo Ordinario

Do You Know Someone Who is Interested in RCIA? Please note RCIA is open to both SFC and SRL

Do you know someone who has not been baptized, someone that has been baptized in another denomination, or someone who may have been baptized as a Catholic but never participated in the Catholic Church that is interested in learning more about the faith and what Catholics truly be-lieve? If you do, invite them to attend RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults). Through RCIA people that are interested in the Catholic Church, can come to know the truth about

the Catholic faith, ask questions, and explore if they are being called by God to join the Catholic Church in a safe and loving environment. RCIA discussions include, but are not limited to: What is Faith? Who is Jesus? What do Catholics Believe? Do Catholics read and believe in the Bible? Do Catholics worship Mary and the Saints? Who is Who in the Church (e.g. Why is there a Pope?) Catholic Prayer and Practices The person you are thinking about may be scared or unsure of how to start and you may be just the person that God will use to touch their heart and change their life. RCIA will begin on September 24th and we meet with the Inquirers on Sunday mornings from 10:30 am until approxi-mately noon in the Education Building. If you know someone, have any other questions, or require special accommodations, please feel free to contact me, Tara Tollett at (817) 726-3321.
