S ANNOUNCEMENTS Pastor/Mass Schedule: Father Jason will be fulfilling his Retreat requirement during the week of 9/2/19-9/5/19. There will be no weekday Masses scheduled during this week. Masses will resume on the 1ST Saturday Mass on September 7th at 10:30AM. CCD Program : We will be holding a Registration Night at the Religious Education Center on September 4th from 5:30 pm-7:00 pm. It is a come and go event. There is a $25 fee for registration. If your child is registering for a Sacramental Prep class (1st Communion, Confirmation) please bring a copy of the child's baptism certificate and birth certificate. ONE-TIME MASS TIME CHANGE For September 29th Only, Sunday Mass at SFX, Clayton will be at 8:00AM, and Sunday Mass at St. Joseph’s in Folsom will be a 10:30AM. Following the September 29th date all masses will resume at their normal schedule. Contractor Contact Needed: We are in need of Contractors to bid on repair work badly needed at Our Lady of Guada- lupe Mission Church in Des Moines and for SFX Parish. Please help with this as soon as possible before the cold weather sets in. ATTENTION: REQUIRED TRAINING FOR ALL CHURCH VOLUNTEERS Annette Klimka, Victim Assistance Coordinator of the Archdiocese will be conducting a class on September 21, 2019, from 9:00am-12:00am, held at SFX Parish Hall. This class will meet your re- quirement. Please mark this on your calendar and call or come to the parish office to register. As required by the Archdiocese, All members of all Ministries of the Church, and All volunteers of the Church are required to Certify in the Abuse Awareness Training class. This class can also be taken online at https://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/ Holy Communion If you receive Our Lord in the hand, consume our Lord Immediately. Do not ever go past the Extra-Ordinary Minister before consuming Our Lord.
