cancellation policy

Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

arrival time

Please arrive promptly for your appointment as it may not be possible to accommodate late arrivals. We regret that late-comers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.

course bookings

All our treatments are available to purchase in a course form at a reduced cost. To reinforce the beneficial effects we recommend that all courses are completed within six months.

health & safety

On your first visit to the Spa you will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire so we are able to tailor make the treatment for you.

It is vitally important that you inform your therapist if you believe you may be pregnant, are undergoing treatment or taking prescribed medication.

Heat treatments, sunbathing and exercise are not recommended before and after waxing.

Re-hydration is an important part of the Spa therapy, we therefore recommend that you drink plenty of water after your treatment.
