Eucharistic adoration will take place on Thursday,
September 26 from 6-7 PM. Adoration will conclude
with the Litany of the Sacred Heart and benediction.
What is the Holy Spirit? Need a spiritual ‘pick me up’? We will be watching and discussing “The Wild Goose” Series by Fr. Dave Pivonka during Adult Faith Formation on Sunday evenings 7-8:30 in the Parish Hal beginning Sept. 8. You can also find this program on FORMED.
Adult education will resume on Wednesday, September 4 after the 7 PM Mass in the Kinnaman Room. We will begin a new series by Edward Sri entitled Follow Me: Meeting Jesus in the Gospel of John.

Starting in October on the 1st
Sunday of each month, the Breakfast Club will be providing an All Are Welcome Breakfast. Please invite your family, friends, or co-workers (Catholic or not!) to join us for Mass and breakfast.
GET FED, body & soul, during adult education. Class is open to ANYONE interested in the Catholic faith. Dinner is at 6; class is from 7-8:30. No cost! Bring a friend! This week will cover Lesson 3 The Bible – God’s Love Letter to Humanity.

October is a month when we are encouraged to recognize the power of the rosary. In anticipation our CCD classes will have a special presentation of the rosary on Sunday, September 29 during CCD. Diane Cochrane will be here to speak to the classes about the power of the rosary. We would also like to offer a Living Rosary to the Blessed Mother and will need parents and other parishioners to bring our number up to 50. Please join us in the church on September 29 at 9:40 for this special presentation. Thank you!

Narcotics Anonymous 12 step recovery program meets at St. Joseph in
Covington every Tuesday 8-9 PM and Saturday 7-8 PM in the parish hall. This
is for anyone needing help with substance addictions including alcohol and
any type of drug. 12 Step Family Support group meets 1st and 3rd Tuesdays
at 6:30 pm

A Chance to Give The City of Covington is collecting new and gently used coats
for its annual coat giveaway. Coats may be brought to the City Building 1329
Second Street between 8 AM and 4 PM. The city is also accepting monetary
donations for the purchase of new coats.
