Dr. Owen Cummings, a Professor of Systematic Theology at Mount Angel Seminary, will provide the presentation. Dr. Cummings holds an M.A. in Theology from the University of Glasgow and a Doctor of Divinity from the University of Dublin, Trinity College. He will discuss The Holy Spirit’s Guidance of the Magisterium.
