CON:

• Tuition rate increase for repeated or excessive undergraduate hours• Texas Education Code Sec. 54.014 – tuition may be

charged at a higher rate if student exceeds by at least 45 hrs (for students who started between Fall 1999- Summer 2006) or by at least 30 hours (for students who enrolled started after Summer 2006) the semester credits required the degree

• Time commitment of student larger than for traditional classes
