Sektionaltorantriebe

Sektionaltorantriebe fürfederausgeglichene Tore.

Die Antriebe der Serien STA / STAW und STAC / STAWC sind optimal ausgelegt für feder-ausgeglichene Sektionaltore. Das garantiert ein speziell für diesen Einsatz entwickeltes Getriebe mit einem Spezialmotor, der für viel Kraft auf kleinstem Raum sorgt. Die Bau-form der Antriebe ist daher extrem kompakt, das Gehäuse sehr schmal.

Externe oder integrierte Steuerung:Alle Antriebe der Serie STA / STAW arbeiten auf Basis einer externen Steuerung, Antriebe der Serie STAC / STAWC besitzen eine integrierte Steuerung.

Sonderlösungen für individuelle Kundenanforderungen lassen sich jederzeit fl exibel und schnell realisieren.

The STA / STAW and STAC / STAWC series of drives are optimally designed for spring-balanced sectional doors. This guarantees a drive that is specially developed for this particular application, with a special motor to supply a great deal of power in the small-est of spaces. The drive is therefore extremely compact and its housing very slim.

External or integrated controls:All drives in the STA / STAW series work on the basis of external controls, whereas the drives in the STAC / STAWC have integrated controls.

Special solutions for individual customer requirements can be achieved quickly and fl exibly at any time.

In bestimmten Situationen kann die Reibung größer sein und muss entsprechend bei den Werten aufgerechnet

werden. Für Toranlagen mit überdurchschnittlichen Schaltungen ist ein Antrieb mit 80% ED zu wählen

The values in the table take into account a weight of 13 kg/m² and assume a proper spring counterbalance.

In certain situations the friction can be greater than this and must be included when calculatiing the values.

For door gate systems with more circuits than usual, a drive with 80% duty cycle should be chosen.
