These can be tailor made in more complicated treatments of oil and sludge’s, or for more common applications such as hydraulically bound macadam’s, access roads, solar farm development, mining operations, quarrying and aggregate recycling facilities. Cenin Ground Stabilisation and Contaminated Site Solutions
The benefits of in-situ soil stabilisation are revolutionising site preparation throughout the building and civil engineering industries. Put simply, it is far quicker and cheaper to stabilise existing soil with binders such as cement to create pavement and ground slab foundations, than the traditional method of disposal and import of materials to profile a construction site.
Soil stabilisation is a modern and efficient method of recycling and strengthening inert and contaminated soils and other construction materials for foundation to buildings and vehicular paving, offering substantial benefits to the developer and contractor alike. Most cohesive and granular sub-soils can be stabilised. Natural soils as well as man made ground and recycled materials can be utilised. Soil suitability depends primarily on chemical constituents. Stabilisation eliminates the removal of unstable or unsuitable material from the site, such as soft clay or wet sands and gravels, removing Landfill Tax from the equation at a stroke. Instead, the soil is then treated with a Cenin product on-site to bring it up to the strength and stability required for structural fill and/or it’s end use.

Cenin Heavy Industrial Waste SolutionsReducing the environmental impact
Material Improvement Processing & Waste Recycling Immobilisation, containment and re use of contaminants in industrial waste by products is emerging as viable and economic because of its advantages over other containment and remediation methods. In most cases the waste material is able to be chemically conditioned to be reused in manufacturing processes; thus reducing the amount of material sent to land fill. This lowers taxation, limits the environmental impact and reduces costs compared to other methods.
Oils, metals and other hazardous production wastes can be treated, conditioned or turned into alternative uses, which without removal of the contaminants, prevents their further spreading and hence offers an immediate safe environmentally friendly cost effective solution.

Censorber has been designed in a unique way to work with recycled wash plants and oil water bath production systems, to simply act as a drying agent in the production processes, where there is high continuous moisture content and strength is of little concern, but can be controlled by quantities added.
This product allows the addition of powders for various processing, production methods and applications.
CenConditioner is a high quality, highly consistent low carbon cementitious product, especially designed to dry out and condition sub bases, fill material for the utility market and improve ground conditions.
The unique blend of drying agent and our patented cement blend ensures improved storage, placing and compaction performance. The product is designed to be better performing working with recycled aggregates, where there is normally clay content. It will be more cost effective compared to other alternatives.
CenTreater is a Cem 11 equivalent cement especially designed for use in smaller quantities, combined with a drying agent for the recycled aggregates markets. This gives the producer greater control and cost savings with varying feed stock moisture levels and strength requirements.
Cenin Recycling Range
We have engineered and designed the Cenin Recycling range of products especially for the recycled aggregates, oil, clay and other material handling markets - primarily to improve recycled aggregates sub bases, fill materials, handling and performances. Not only in their finished state, but also to aid movement of wet materials for transportation or reuse in other production processes.
We achieve this by balancing the chemistry between the raw materials, understanding the moisture content and then once those characteristics have been understood, we can work out what binder and quantities we need to achieve the binding action required for end use. Again all these products have a carbon indicator designated by colour. Permanent WorksNew roads & hard standings can be produced, or existing ones refurbished, using specialist binders from our range. Our cements and other specialist materials can be mixed and blended with aggregates on site using mobile plant to provide extremely cost effective and environmentally friendly pavements, that will be durable enough to be used in a range of applications such as roadways, recycling yards and hard standings and will provide a finish which is comparable to traditional methods.
As well as offering products for use during in-situ mixing operations, we can also produce materials for use in Roller Compacted Concrete which is a high strength, highly durable product that lends itself to heavy industry and infrastructure, having been used for a number of years in applications across the world such as ports, dams and large yards/storage facilities.
Temporary WorksWe have specially designed binders available for use in the construction of temporary roadways. These binders, when applied using normal soil stabilisation equipment and techniques, enable the construction of high strength roadways that have a shortened design life to suit the needs of each project. Examples include renewable energy projects, seasonal events and festivals.
Roadways can be quickly constructed using the existing soil, used as hardwearing traffic routes for the duration required and can then break down back to soil after a period of time. This solution can be cheaper and more manageable than hired-in proprietary methods and will provide cost and time benefits for projects undertaken during periods of wet weather, or in poor ground conditions.

Roadways, Tracks and Hard Standings
A range of products to suit the needs of construction, agriculture, renewable energy, recycling and even the leisure industry, where there is a need to either renovate existing infrastructure or to construct new infrastructure. Renovating existing infrastructure can include the stabilisation of existing roadways and hard standings to form new permanent works using the existing materials in the ground.
