Accessing the OR PTC DCI Web Portal

The recommended method for accessing the OR PTC DCI web portal involves using a desktop or

laptop computer, as it is the most user-friendly option.

• Enter this address into your Internet browser and hit Enter: https://orptc.dcisoftware.com/

• You will be taken to the Login page where you will enter your username and temporary

password. Here, you can change the language on the login screen.

• When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password

• Hovering over the white “i” icon will show the password criteria.

Note: When re-entering your password, you MUST re-type it. The system will not accept cut/copy/paste for password entry.


After changing your password, you will be asked to select a security question and enter the answer.

1. Select: one question you will remember the answer to from the drop-down menu.

You only have to select your security question the first time you log in.

2. Type your answer: Answers must be at least five characters long and cannot have more than one of the same characters in a row.

3. Click: Save and confirm.

Note: You will need to remember the answer to the security question you chose in order to reset your password in the future.

• After you finish logging in, you will see at least one News Post:

• Click OK to acknowledge the content on each News Post.

If you forgot your password:1. Select: ‘Forgot your password?” link on the

bottom right of the login page.2. Enter: your email address when prompted.3. Click: “I’m not a robot”.4. Click on the images displayed by CAPTCHA.5. Click: Send Reset Email.6. Click: “Reset Password” link, located in the

alert message appears, click Yes.

You will be taken back to the sign in

page where you can enter your

username and new password

Note: After 5 attempts of entering your password incorrectly, you will be locked out.

Once logged into the OR PTC DCI system, click on the Help button in the top right corner and

the DCI Help Center will open on a new tab. Search by keyword to find the help resource

you’re looking for. Or you can call the DCI customer service line at: 1-855-565-

0155.
