DELIVERING A PRESENTATION WITH ELECTRONIC EFFECTS

Delivering a presentation with electronics effects needs proficiency in editing, designing, appying animations and integrating multimedia and hypelinks in PowerPoint program. The skills gained in making a customized presentation with electronic effects could be used in business opportunities as extra income like offering sample presentation templates for different topics or themes, electronic yearbook for schools, electronic photo album, videoke presentation, certificates or diplomas and others.

EXPLOREPre-Assessment

Students take an electronic pre-test ,(1-20 items) a ready made test save on each workstation (computer) with an automatic time limit set in Moderate level and with automatic scoring and evaluation.

Students will be given a chance to join the PowerPoint Making Contest with the theme “Applying Animations on Presentation”. A ready made presentation will be given for them to apply animation.

Students will be given a rubrics so each of them will be assess by other students. Below is the sample rubrics and criteria

Students who will get highest scores will become leaders or peer mentors in creating a presentation with electronic effects. Their score will be recorded for the performance rating.

The learners shall:Explain while demonstrating the steps for the following skills:

•Be assigned to talk with other teachers of different subject area and let them offer to create a presentation on a given topic for the following Subject Areas:

ENGLISH - AP MATH - TLE SCIENCE - MAPEHFILIPINO - EP

Make an outline and design of their presentation at the back of a used bond papers based on the subject and given topic (Hands –On Activity – Creating a presentation with electronic effects based on a give topic)Apply proper electronic effects on their presentation. Deliver the presentation with electronic effects in front of the class or with other class of the assigned subject area.

Be assess by themselves and by other teachers of the assigned subject are using the rubrics

The learners shall:Analyze result of the rubrics by comparing each presentations in class.Students will give scores for each presentation based on the rubrics and the presentation with highest score will become the “BEST IN POWERPOINT” and will get a certificate of reconition entitled “BEST IN PRESENTATION USING ANIMATION”Perform a POST TEST. Again, students will take an electronic pre-test ,(1-20 items) a readymade test save on each workstation (computer) with an automatic time limit set in Moderate level and with automatic scoring and evaluation.

The learners shall:

Make a sample presentation by choosing any of the following theme:

•Videoke Presentation of School, Division, Regional Hymn and Philippine National Anthem. •Electronic Yearbook of their school•Electronic Photo Album for birthdays, weddings or debuts•Photo Tribute for a teacher, principals or parents.
