Elements
Introduction
Your virtual stand includes the following:
• Stand template
• Elements which add interactive layers to your stand (booth logo, content items, rotating graphics, info cards, click to action)
• Chat function
Stand templates
Exhibitors can either use one of the provided stand templates or (if a Pioneer sponsor) can upload their own background image.
Stand templates:
• Pioneer
• Voyager
• Explorer
• Digital
Background image specification:
The background image of your virtual booth should be a .jpg, .png or .gif file with the following measurements:
• Background image size: 1680x1050

Pioneer sponsors have the option to either use a stand template or upload their own background image for their stand.

Voyager sponsors can choose from the following stand templates in a range of colours:
• Booth 4A
• Booth 4B

Explorer sponsors can choose from the following stand templates in a range of colours:
• Booth 3A
• Booth 3B
• Booth 3C

Digital sponsors can choose from the following stand templates in a range of colours:
• Booth 1A
• Booth 2A
Elements
Once your booth template is selected, you can add a range of elements to your stand.
Types of elements you can add include:
• Booth logo – this will be at the top of your booth and also shown above your booth in the exhibition hall
• Graphic image – following the recommended size, graphic image will allow you to upload and display a graphic image within your booth.
• Content window – area which, when clicked, will open a content item in either an iFrame or new window
• Info card – area which, when clicked, will open a list of Booth Reps
• Rotating graphics – same as a graphic image; option to rotate between multiple images and to specify time-codes to display specific images.
• Click to action – area which, when clicked, will plat a video or other action

Setting up your booth
How to set up your virtual booth, step by step guide:
1. Log in
2. Select your booth template or upload your background image
3. Upload content to your content library (documents, videos, images)
4. Build your booth
5. Preview your booth
1) Log in
Once your backend passes have been assigned via the exhibitor portal by the exhibition coordinator, booth builder accounts will be created for each user and login details shared with your exhibition coordinator.
• Log onto the virtual platform (https://isuog.6connex.eu/controlpanel/isuog/login), using the login details provided.
• Once you have logged in, you will be directed to your dashboard, example below.
2) Select your booth template
• On your dashboard, select ‘Virtual Rooms’
• Select ‘Add Virtual Room’
Insert the following information
• Type • (Booth)
• Name
• Description • A short description of your company
• Location key• This appears at the end of the URL in
the browser bar
• Language• English
3) Upload your content to your content library
• On your dashboard, select ‘Content Library’
• Select ‘Add Content’ button
• Complete the content form
• Select the content type you are uploading• Audio - audio file that plays in the environment• Download - any file that can be downloaded by the attendee • Link - link to a website• Video - video file that plays in the environment• Moderated chat session - opens up a moderated chat session

Audio
Audio can be added to the environment by either uploading it directly or by using and embed code (“YouTube” “Vimeo” “Ustream.tv” audio)

Content types - target
• The “Target” is how a content item opens: in an iFrame(within the virtual platform) or normal (in a new tab). You can set the size of the iFrame orleave the fields blank for “auto-sizing”
• Once you have completed all the information, click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page to save your changes to the system. The content item should be displayed within the Content Library.
4) Build your booth
• Select your booth from the virtual room page (accessed through your dashboard)
NOTE – in order to view the rooms accurately, you must have Flash enabled in your browser.
Editing your booth
1. On the Element Menu bar – click on the element item you want to add and drag it to the desired position in the room. Drag a corner of the element to resize the element window. Repeat until all desired elements have been added. Note – elements can be grouped together such as a graphic image with a content window or click action over the top
Resizing elements
• Once you have placed all the elements and sized them accordingly, click SAVE.
Assigning content to your booth
• Assign graphics, content, logos, links, etc. Click on Elements and edit each element by clicking on it’s box.
Tip: All content must be added to the Content Library in Control Panel prior adding it to the Virtual Room.
Content window
1.-Name the Content Window
2.- Add a Category
3.- Add the Content, when adding the content select the Category of the Content
4.- Click on the checkbox to select the items you want to include.
5.- Click Add Selected Content
6.- Click OK After that it will take you back on the “virtual builder” screen
Click to action
• 1.Give the Action a Name
• 2.Assign the Action: Link to location, content item, etc.
• 3.Click OK
• You will be returned to the main “virtual builder” screen.

Continue assigning activities to the elements
When you are done:
1. Click Save*
2. Click OK on the Success Pop up
3. Close this page
Preview your booth
1. Run a preview to preview your changes via the preview site, and if you are happy with the changes;
2. Run a publish to publish your changes to the live site.
