Samco Machinery Samco utilizes Copra FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for developing precise
tooling designs. With this technology we can test the tooling on a “virtual” mill maximizing the
final design tolerances. The advantage is pinpoint accuracy at each roll stand virtually
eliminating unwanted strip shape fluctuation.

Automotive Door Panel
A continuous automotive door panel line and parts containing different web lengths
can be formed in the same rollformer with minimal operator adjustment. The formed
coil strip exits in a run-out conveyor.
