Advanced CAPO SystemThe Advanced CAPO(Computer Aided PowerOptimization) system maintains engine andmutual pump power at optimum levels. Modeselections are designed for various work loadsand maintaining high performance whilereducing fuel consumption. Features such as auto deceleration and powerboost are included in the system. The system monitors engine speed, coolanttemperature, and hydraulic oil temperature.Contained within the system are selfdiagnostic capabilities which are displayed byerror codes on the cluster.
Self Diagnosis SystemThe CPU controller diagnoses problems in theCAPO system caused by electric and hydraulicmalfunctions and displays them on the LCDmonitor of the cluster through error codes.This controller has the capacity to identify 48distinct types of errors. As the informationfrom this device, such as engine rpm, mainpump delivery pressure, battery voltage, hyd.temperature, and the state of all types ofelectric switches, provides the operator with amuch more exact state of machine operatingcondition. This makes the machine easier totroubleshoot when anything does go wrong.
Arm Flow Regeneration SystemArm flow regeneration valve provides smootharm-in operation without cavitation.
Boom & Arm Holding System The Holding valves in the main control valveprevents the boom & arm from dropping overan extended period in neutral position.
Auto Deceleration SystemWhen remote-control valves are in neutralposition more than 4 seconds, CPU controllerinstructs to reduce engine speed. This decreases fuel consumption and reducescab noise levels.
One Touch Decel SystemWhen the one touch decel switch is pressed,CPU controller controls the accel actuator toreduce engine speed to low idle rpm. And thenthe one touch decel switch is pressed again,the engine speed recovers.
Max. Flow Cut-off SystemFor precise control and finishing work, theMax. Flow Cut-off System reduces pump flow,thus allowing smooth operation.
Automatic Engine Overheat PreventionIf the engine coolant temperature gets toohigh, the CPU controller lowers the enginespeed and cools the engine.
Anti Restart SystemThe new system protects the starter fromrestarting during engine operation, even if theoperator accidentally turns the start key again.
Power boost control SystemWhen the power boost system is activated,digging power increases about 10%. It isespecially useful when extra power istemporarily needed, for instance, whendigging hard earth and rock, or if the bucketteeth are stopped by a stubborn tree root.
Automatic Warming-up SystemAfter the engine is started, if the enginecoolant temperature is low, the CPU controllerincreases the engine speed and automaticallyincreases the pump flow rate to warm up theengine more effectively.
Pump Flow Control SystemIn neutral position: Pump flow is reduced to aminimum to eliminate power loss. In operation: Maximum pump flow is deliveredto the actuator to increase the speed. Withmovement of the control lever, pump flow isautomatically adjusted and the actuator speedcan be proportionally controlled.
