Shaw Jones, RussShaw Jones is coming off an exciting year on the festival circuit. Bunker 731 enjoyed suc-cess at many festivals, including Palm Springs International Film Festival and a special panel at Comic Con. Cherry Waves had a winning run, taking the grand prize for Best Short at the HBO ABFF Shorts in Miami, and the top honor of Best Drama at the NBC Universal Short Cuts Film Festival. The film also experienced an extended run on HBO and Cinemax this year. Shaw’s past television roles include Devious Maids, The Closer, Desperate Housewives, All My Children, The Young & the Restless, and many more. Current completed projects include the pilot Boots, the short Bully, and a comedy called The Show, a film based on the fictitious morn-ing news show “Morning Roast,” which Shaw produced himself.
Richard Meehan, TobyRichard Meehan lives in the oldest town on Cape Cod with his parents and younger brother Joshua. He is an “old soul” whose sensitivity and emotion is well beyond his years; he leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Richard was introduced to acting during the summer of 2009 where he was cast as an extra in “Grown Ups”, the water-park scene. He went to the water park with his brother thinking that it would be a fun free day at the park and fell in love with acting. During the summer of 2010 he filmed his first speaking role in “My Hometown” starring Ryan Merriman and Casey Margolis. In the fall of 2010 he landed the supporting role of (young) James in “Missing William” staring Brandon Roth as James, Courtney Ford, Spencer Grammer and Reid Scott. With “Missing Wil-liam” under his belt Richard was finally SAG eligible.
Richard not only wants to act, he is interested in all aspects of movie making. When on set and not filming you will find Richard hanging out with sound, camera and art crews, learning everything he can about the world of film making. A recent high-school graduate, instead of going to college he’ll take a few years off, moving to LA to pursue acting full time. This means he can call both the East and West Coasts home.
Royana Black, CassieRoyana started her professional career at the age of 11 in the Broadway production of Neil Simon’s “Brighton Beach Memoirs” in which she performed for over a year. She has had the opportunity to work with amazing people like Matthew Broderick, Jon Cryer, the late Wendy Wasserstein, Elizabeth Perkins, Stanley Tucci, Bryan Cranston & Woody Allen, among others. She played the title character in the CBS sitcom “Raising Miranda” and has done numerous pilots and guest star roles on television. She took time off from acting to attend Yale University, where she earned her B.A. in English with a concentration in Victorian Literature. After leaving college, she founded a non-profit theatre company in New York City and ran it for two years, after which time she relocated to Los Angeles, where she eventually became the Artistic Direc-tor of the Alliance Repertory Company in Burbank, CA. She has directed and produced at the Alliance as well as performed. She married actor JP Hubbell 4 years ago in a very solemn ceremony in Las Vegas, officiated by an Elvis impersonator and they live in LA with their dog and cat. She feels incredibly blessed to be involved with “Bully” and its entire team.
Noland Ammon, LiamNoland Ammon was born, raised and played baseball in Kansas City. Noland began perform-ing as the class clown in preschool and has continued performing at Harrah’s Las Vegas, The Comedy Store and the LA Improv. He moved to LA at the age of 14. Robert Weiermair, Writer & Director
Rob Weiermair grew up in both Austria and Canada spending much of his youth traveling through Europe, the Middle East, South America and Asia. Having spent his earlier career in the sciences with two Masters degrees in Engineering, Rob boasts an accomplished resume as a corporate executive and as an entrepreneur on the cutting edge of alternative energy devel-opments. However, Rob’s love of film and theater created a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde existence. For a considerable time, Rob found time in his corporate existence to direct numerous plays and two award winning short films, 2 Dogs Inside (www.2dogsinside.com) and Tres (www.threepoems.com), but he is finally pursuing his true passion, directing. He is completing his 2nd year of study as an AFI Fellow and plans to make socially relevant films that cause people to think, question, re-evaluate, and overcome.

Brenda is currently developing several feature projects, including a coming-of-age comedy she co-wrote entitled MOST LIKELY TO BE JOE, a CRASH-like drama she’s written entitled PRECONCEIVED, and an untitled thriller/suspense she’s currently writing. Angela Latimer grew up in Chicago IL. She graduated from Chicago State University with a B.A. in Communications Media Arts and Theatre. It was there in which she gained an interest in editing. Angela also had the opportunity to tour with various stage plays such as Fingernails Across The Chalkboard in New York where she worked in the Sound Department, and The National Black Theatre Festival in North Carolina, where she worked as the production house manager. After undergrad Angela chose to focus more on editing and freelance work. She teamed up with director Derek “Pretty Boy” Dow who at the time had just finished a feature film that was excelling in Chicago’s Black Harvest Film Festival. Together they took on projects like music videos, documentaries and short films, they also took a liking to competing in video competitions. The two won Ford Fiesta’s 2011 video competition where their work would be seen on Ford’s National website. After participating in competitions, work seemed to come in a lot slower and in need to cut something more than wedding videos and birthday parties Angela decided to take her craft a step further and apply to grad school. Angela now attends grad school at American Film Institute in Los Angeles California. Growing up in a lower mid-dle class family of ten children this was a dream come true for Angela. Her dream was taken a step further when she recently was awarded a scholarship from Tom Yoda in the amount of $10,000 as well as a scholarship from Verizon Wireless in the amount of $4,000 to help pay for her tuition.

The American Film Institute (AFI) was founded in 1967 as a national arts organization to preserve the legacy of American film heritage and honor the artists and their work. AFI educates the next generation of filmmakers at its world-renowned Conservatory offering a Master of Fine Arts Program (MFA).
The two-year MFA program provides training in six film-making disciplines: Cinematography, Directing, Editing, Producing, Production Design and Screenwriting. Mir-roring a professional production environment, Fellows collaborate to make more films than any other graduate level program. Admission to AFI Conservatory is highly selective, with a maximum of only 140 graduates per year. Professional faculty member work closely with the AFI fellows through the time honored relationship of mas-ter and apprentice.
In the 2nd year of the MFA, students team to create a thesis, a short narrative film. Past thesis films have gar-nered numerous prestigious awards including the Student Oscar. Traditionally AFI Thesis Films are instrumental in launching Fellow’s careers in film.
