Pre-treatment and after-treatment Our production process includes washing for absolutely clean fibres, impregnation and coating of fibres, weaves and laminates, and this guarantees the highest possible quality.

No matter how you are built or what your job is, we have designed the vest to give you maximum comfort in all situations. Our vests are ergo-nomically designed to suit all body types and activities.
In partnership with users, we have identified several parameters which affect comfort level during long wor-king hours. In extreme situations - up to 24 hours - our test group has been wearing prototypes to assess the Freedom vest.We have discovered the importance of distributing the weight over the whole body and not concentrating it on the shoulders.

Shoulder fastening - secure - easy to put on and take off Extra flexible material which follows the shoulder and body and gives a body-hugging and flexible feel. Thumb grips make putting on and taking off easy. Hook-and-loop fasten-ings which retain their grip - year after year....
Arm and neck bindingsOptimum fit with full protection area. Open design to allow air to circulate and moisture and excess air to be transported away from the body. Circulation and design optimised through 3D simulation developed in-house.
Secure waist fastenersRaised thumb grips make removal easier. Tight and flexible feel. Attaches to the female part of the hook-and-loop fastening only - not to other materials.
Outer material - minimum friction with extreme durabilityRipstop - specially developed for functional garments. Dirt-repellent, water-repellent, easy to keep clean, silent. Minimum fric-tion between outer garment and personal protection vest. Tested in extreme locations, such as Mount Everest and the North Pole.
Ballistic panelsWe exclude all outside factors which may affect your safety by fully sealing and vacuum-packing all ballistic panels.
