• SECOND RANKER- to represent single strong opposition conservative like party candidate
RATIONALE OF THE FIRST AND SECOND RANKERS
• In The Present System, If Polled Votes Are 60% of the total votes, then the party-puppets if any how on the basis of caste ,religion ,money, mafia muscle etc, manage to get 20% of polled votes, then he /she is elected. So ,in spite of 40% voted in opposition, puppets /their bosses become successful in the power game.
• So, He/she does not care…Hardly have they any interest in welfare of the rest 80% after the elections are over.
• So does this winner puppet really represent to principle of democracy when about 40% of the total polled votes are against this fellow?. This is the greatest rationale for declaring second ranker also as elected to go to the parliament/ Assembly to represent –we-The People as- an opposition.
• In this way, the total of both , first and second ranker would be more than 50%of polled vote.
• And this will be real democracy as majority will be represented in Parliament/Assembly.
• In this way Indian Parliament and State Assemblies will be really representing majority.
NEXT PROBLEM? -WHO WILL CHOOSE LEADER AND LEADER OF OPPOSITION?.

• Certainly they will not agree but it is the All Mighty People of India who really can… and make the difference but how…?
