    Aerated soft drink" specifies non-alcoholic

    beverage containing water and a flavouring

    agent, available with sugars or with non-

    caloric sweeteners and carbon-dioxide.

    Its invention dates back to late 18th century.

    Different flavours are available like COLA,

    ORANGE, LIME, APPLE, etc.

    Coca cola India & Pepsico dominate Indian

    ANALYSIS :From the survey it was found that amongst 60 respondents :

    i) 44% of the respondents consume 1 to 3 CSD per week.

    ii) 23% of the respondents consume 3 to 5 CSD per week.

    iii) 19% of the respondents consume 5 to 7 CSD per week.

    iv) 14% of the respondents consume more than 7 CSD per week.

    From the survey it was found that amongst 60 respondents :

    i) 48% of the consumers choose coloured CSD.

    ii) 52% of the consumers choose clear CSD.

    44% of the consumers choose COLA flavour.

    35% of the consumers choose LEMON flavour.

    From the survey it was found that amongst 60 respondents :

    i) 30% of the respondents usually consumes 200 ml CSD.

    ii) 40% of the respondents usually consumes 300 ml CSD.

    iii) 18% of the respondents usually consumes 500 ml CSD.

    iv) 12% of the respondents usually consumes 2000 ml CSD.

    i) 31 consumers think it is safe to consume.

    ii) 12 consumers think it is not safe.

    COCACOLA is in the first position

    FANTA is in the last position

    occasionally (1 to 3 times in a week).

    Most consumers (52%) prefers clearsoft drinks.

    COLA is more preferred than other flavours.

    SPRITE is most preferred & PEPSI is the least preferred

    brand.

    Major portion (40%) of consumers consume 300 ml.l

    bottle.
