Although Individual States Made Changes – Overall National Trend Is The Same…
Which Means:
• We Did Not See The Majority of States Moving Away from Complex Regulations/Policies
• We Did Not See The Majority of States Pushing Through New State Legislation on State Authorization
Reciprocity Is Still A Viable Option
