Death Case No.2170: A 70 Years old male, from Vellore with Hypertension / Diabetes Mellitus /

IHD / CKD admitted on 30.06.2020 in a private medical college and hospital Vellore with complaints of fever, cough and difficulty in breathing

for 2 days died on 14.07.2020 at 04.45 PM due to COVID-19 Pneumonia / Severe ARDS.

Death Case No.2171: A 64 Years old male, from Chennai with Systemic Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus admitted on 27.6.2020 at 10.20 am in a private hospital

with complaints of fever for 5 days, loss of taste and generalized weakness for 5 days died on 14.07.2020 at 8.30 PM due to Cardio Respiratory

Death Case No. 2174: A 74 years old male, from Chennai with Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus admitted on 12.07.2020 at 01.14 AM in a private hospital with

complaints of fever for 3 days, cough and difficulty in breathing for 2 days died on 15.07.2020 at 10.23 AM due to Acute Respiratory Failure / COVID-19.
