Here is a Step by Step Guide for Enrolling in Edison

Once you are logged in Click Self Service

Click Employee WorkCenter

Click Benefits Enrollment

On the Welcome to Employee Self Service page Click Select under Open Benefit Events

Your Name

You are now on the Main Enrollment Page This will be the summary page you come back to during the ESS process.

Please read the information carefully.

Scroll down to see your Current Selections Click Edit next to the plan to add or change.

Important Reminders on the CDHP/HSA plan

Select your plan choice. Medical for State & Higher Education

Select the links to visit the vendor sites

and check if your doctor is in a specific

network.

Cancel coverage

Adding/Review Dependents

Click Add/Review Dependents to enroll dependents

Click Add a Dependent

Your Name

Complete each field

Select save once all information has been

entered

Select edit to make any changes Click Return to Dep. Summary

Add Additional Dependents

To add additional dependents, Click on Add a Dependent again.

Otherwise, Click on Return to Event Selection.

Enrolling your Dependents

Make sure the enroll box is checked Click Update and Continue when finished

You will return to the Enrollment Summary page

If you selected a CDHP option, please read the CDHP Terms and Conditions carefully

you want to add to coverage

HSA Contributions

Enter your annual contribution amount

When finished Click Update and Continue

Review your selections

Click Update Elections

Once you have made all of your changes

Click Continue to proceed with submitting your enrollment

Important: Your enrollment will not be complete until you click the Continue button and proceed to the final steps of your enrollment.

Click Continue to proceed to the final steps of your enrollment

Action Needed Dependent Verification

Please provide verification for you new dependents

Click Continue

Uploading Dependent Verification

Click Upload Documents. A File Attachment will pop up. Click Choose File.

Find the Document where you saved it to your computer.

Click Upload.

Note: Once you have finished uploading documents, or if you have no documents to upload, Click the Continue button at the bottom of the Upload Dependent Verification Document page.

Enter/Verify your beneficiaries for Basic Life and Voluntary AD&D

If you need to make updates, Click the Update Beneficiaries.

Once you have made all of your changes, Click Continue.

Submit Benefits Choices

If you would like to make any changes to your selections. Scroll to the bottom and Click the

Cancel Button.

You will now select how you would like to receive your confirmation statement. You can

either choose by MAIL or EMAIL. You have the option to update your address

or email address that Edison has on file. If you would like to change that information

you will click Edit Address Button. You will also see a phone number that we

have on file. If you would like to update that information

you will Click Edit Phone Number.

Once you are ready to submit your selections. Click the Submit Button. This will complete

the ESS Process.

Submit Confirmation

Once you have clicked submit you will see this page.

Click OK

If you log back into ESS you will see this page

If you click on the View button you can view or print your confirmation

statement.
