Move away from brochure BTL advertising and focus more on demo’s or digital print.

The Mexican and American social media sites (Twitter, Instagram etc.) should collaborate to figure out why their following numbers aren’t equal.

Invest more heavily in BTL advertising like the FIFA teams already being sponsored.

Mexico Samsung website should add more features to specific phones. Not so much that it blocks out the experience factor but enough for those who mainly care features more (like the camera strength and clearness)

Samsung should keep its focus on innovating and interesting features like edge lighting and night clock. Features you can’t get with an Iphone… yet! Almsot gives Samsung an “edge”.
