BANNISTER ENGINEERING, LLC FIRM OVERVIEW

Bannister Engineering is a locally owned and operated professional services firm providing Civil

Engineering, Structural Engineering, Land Surveying, Hydrology, Landscape Architecture, Land

Planning, and MEP design services throughout Texas. These services, with the exception of Land

Surveying, are also available for projects in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Our

projects range in size from hundreds of acres of land development to less than 1,000 square feet of

tenant finish-out MEP design. We have performed surveys for properties in excess of 3,000 acres.

We serve numerous public and private clients and we are established as the official City Engineer

for two north-central Texas municipalities. We are registered with the Texas Board of Professional

Engineers (TBPE #10599) and the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveyors (TBPLS

#10193823). We are also registered in the various other states where we provide professional

services.

Bannister Engineering, LLC was established in the spring of 2007, when our founder T. Jason

Bannister, P.E, stepped out on his own with a vision to start an engineering practice dedicated to

the local community and with an emphasis on building a great place for people to work. In June of

2008, Mr. Bannister organized the company as Bannister Engineering, LLC and became the firm’s

President. In September of 2008, the firm gained a valuable leader when Jeff Linder, RLA, LEED-AP

joined the company to become Bannister Engineering’s Vice President. Since that time, Bannister

Engineering, LLC has quickly grown to a staff of 37 talented individuals, including 5 licensed

professional engineers and 5 additional graduate engineers working toward licensure, 2 registered

professional land surveyors, 2 registered landscape architects, a certified flood plain manager

(hydrologist), 3 survey field crews, and numerous experienced designers, CAD technicians, and

administrative personnel.

Bannister Engineering, LLC is uniquely qualified as a mid-sized firm capable of providing a wide

range of multi-disciplined services with in-house staff. In fact, many of our large competitors must

utilize third party consultants in order to provide the same services that we can provide with our

in-house staff. In addition, our average team member’s experience is much higher than that of

many of our competitors. The approximate experience breakdown of our professional, surveying,

and technical staff is indicated below.

T. JASON BANNISTER, P.E., M.B.A. – PRESIDENT

Overview: Jason Bannister began his career in the spring of 1993 as an engineering intern with

the transmission and distribution divisions of Georgia Power Company. Over the

past two decades he has worked as an engineer for several north central Texas

engineering firms and a north central Texas municipal public works department. He

has gained a wide range of experience on a variety of projects including K-12

schools, municipal projects, land development, commercial site development, and

MEP building systems.

JEFFREY W. LINDER, RLA, LEED AP – VICE PRESIDENT

Overview: Jeff Linder started his professional career in the summer of 1993 as an intern with

the Texas Department of Transportation. After graduation from Texas A&M

University in May of 1995, Jeff began working as a graduate landscape architect for

Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Since that time, his experience has included open

space master plans, public park design, streetscape design for public roadways, site

planning and site design for municipal facilities, school (K-12) site planning and

landscape design, multi-family residential landscape plans, landscape plans for

commercial developments, site planning and landscape design for churches and

institutional projects, master planning for commercial, residential and mixed-use

projects, single-family lotting plans, annexation, rezoning, platting, and project

management for the entire scope of civil and landscape services for residential and

commercial development projects.
