Key PerSonnel

chris W. Davis

Mr. Davis has more than 20 years experience in general contracting and conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Physical Needs Assessment of commercial, industrial and multi-family residential properties throughout the United States for a wide range of clients.

Mr. Davis worked directly for the largest Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) lender in the United States as Technical Services Manager, performing in-house real estate due diligence and adding technical support to underwriters on a variety of environmental and physical needs issues. More recently, Mr. Davis founded an individually owned, full service real estate due diligence firm (ICSI) that has provided all aspects of Environmental Phase I and Physical Needs Assessment services to commercial lenders and property owners throughout the United States.

In addition, Mr. Davis has managed multiple construction projects ranging from tenant improvements to “ground-up” build-outs including bio-tech facilities, restaurants, single family residential units, commercial tilt-up buildings, retail outlets and office space.

For a national real estate consulting firm Mr. Davis served as Project Manager and Training Manager, where he provided real estate risk analysis for a diversified client base and implemented a training program for new-hire “Project Consultants.”

randy Davis

Mr. Davis has more than 30 years experience conducting Phase I and II and III Environmental Site Assessments and Remediation of commercial, industrial and multi-family residential properties throughout the United States for a wide range of clients.

During this time he has been a Site Superintendent, EPA Emergency Response Manager, Dioxin Excavation Team Supervisor, ERCS Zone 4A Contract Field Coordinator, the ERCS Zone 4A Contract Program Manager, and the EPA Region VII ERRS Contract Program Manager.

Mr. Davis has more than 50 large environmental remediation projects to his credit, which include major oil spills, dioxin removals, pesticide cleanups, PCB removals, lead abatement, asbestos abatement, and metal plating shop cleanups. Additionally Mr. Davis has 11 years experience in performing Property Condition/Physical Needs Assessments at commercial, industrial and multi-family residential properties nationwide.

Mr. Davis has prepared written reports in formats prescribed by various fiduciary institutions and performed peer reviews on environmental site assessments completed by other environmental firms.

Brian lenk, CEM, CEI

Mr. Lenk has more than 13 years experience conducting Environmental Site Assessments and Remediation of commercial, industrial and multifamily residential properties throughout the United States for a wide range of clients. During this time, he has been a Project Cost Accountant, Site Superintendent, U.S. EPA Emergency Response Manager and District Manager for government contracts in the West and Midwest.

Mr. Lenk has more than 40 large environmental remediation projects to his credit, which include major oil spills, dioxin removals, pesticide cleanups, PCB removals, lead abatement, asbestos abatement, and residential lead removals. Mr. Lenk has prepared written reports in formats prescribed by various fiduciary institutions and developed QA/QC, Health & Safety and Sampling Plans for large environmental cleanups involving transportation and disposal of hazardous waste.

In addition to on site environmental work Mr. Lenk has four years experience in performing Property Condition/Environmental Site Assessments at commercial, industrial and multi-family residential properties nationwide. Recently, Mr. Lenk coordinated and managed a project in Utah for a client that involved property condition assessments, sampling and remediation of housing properties that were suspected of being used as clandestine drug labs. Mr. Lenk’s environmental experience across public and private sectors is a major contribution to f3 in all areas of the United States.

tom rothermich, P.E.

Mr. Rothermich has more than 30 years experience in civil and environmental engineering where he has been responsible for all aspects of project management and engineering from investigation through construction including coordination and communication with clients, municipalities, contractors, and sub-contractors. He is experienced in preparing project scope, budget, and proposals; developing and executing field investigations and laboratory testing programs; completing engineering analyses; preparing technical reports; and observing geotechnical aspects of construction.

Engineering analyses included shallow and deep foundations, slope stability evaluation, monitoring, and stabilization, shoring, retaining wall design, storm water infiltration, pavement design, and seismic evaluations.

Mr. Rothermich has also managed a broad range of site assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, facility audits, soil remediation projects, waste minimization projects, and environmental due diligence services. Responsibilities included regulatory agency negotiations, preparing work plans, evaluating analytical data, developing cost estimates, managing field efforts, client coordination, and cost and schedule controls.

Project types included a wide range of commercial, municipal, industrial facilities and residential developments.
