original ECR submitted for the project. The following documents are submitted for the renovation
project showing changes and additions from the original ECR:
Page No. Description
1 Computer Lab drawing showing current configuration and new configuration
2 Relocation and addition of 19” equipment racks (6 total)
3-4 Power distribution to new racks utilizing one central UPS unit
5 new Unistrut welded to bulkheads
6 replacement of new benches in lab
7 Ventilation and Lighting changes in the lab above the new racks
8 Alarm panel removal

STARC will be responsible for any subcontract work and costs that involve welding, electrical,
ventilation, and flooring modifications. Technicians from STARC and ESU will coordinate and manage
the movement and rewiring of equipment going into the new 19” racks in the Computer Lab.
The new proposed Watchstander Station in the Computer Lab will be located on the aft bulkhead. (This
will be the location for the “wall of monitors”).
MET equipment located in AftConn will be relocated to the Computer Lab.
MST bench space will be retained in the Computer Lab for one Coast Guard work terminal.
