• Submission of the Invitation for Bids (launch of the public procurement tender);

• Approval for publication and publication of the Invitation for Bids;

• Modification of Bidding Document/its approval;

• Registration of the Economic Operator for the tender;

• Online access of the Bidding Document;

• Communication with participants to the tender;

• Registration of bids submitted by Economic Operators;

• Entering bid data in the system, generation by the system of the Evaluation Report, and its approval.
