360- Degree Feedback

• Course attendees will identify customers, peers,

managers, staff, etc. to complete an assessment

form of work-related behaviours.

• information will be collated and an anonymized

report produced for each attendee.

• a 1:1 discussion for each participant with a trainer to

discuss feedback and develop a personal plan.

Digital learning

Before and after the course there will be an opportunity

for participants to gain knowledge by accessing a

platform illustrating key models and concepts in

leadership training. This will be used to complement the

course training.

We will also look for inspirational and respected local

individuals to enhance the key messages and look for

opportunities to use examples with a local context to

reinforce the learning.

• In light of pre-course information the course will be tailored to the needs of the individual NSS.

• The course is a 4 day event consisting of 8 modules.

that put together will give a picture of the

overall evaluation of the training

programme.

• Smart Survey Questionnaire for baseline assessment and help with tailor the training course

• 360 degree feedback also used as baseline –exercise could be repeated in the future

• Daily, concise WhatsApp evaluation on previous day activity looking at ‘reaction’ level learning -

• Was the content pitched at right level?

• Was the pace of the session good?

• Was the duration of the session good?
