He performed a significant role in completion of TEP6/GSM, Y2K &TEP7projects. In this regard, his major responsibilities included: the implementation ofcircuit work orders for LX, DTE, G/WAY, GSM,WLL, INTERNET, DID 1DOD.Coordination with NNCC, NOC'S, Saudi Telephone Co. & other companydepartments. Was involved in the preparation for Deloads & Rehomes, Rehosts,Load Balancing, MDF & DDF verifications. He was also the team leader of agroup of technicians responsible for trouble shooting, rectification of faults andthe activation of trunking circuits, etc. He has also assisted in the rehosting of thevarious RISLUS & RSM's to new homing exchanges as well as the cutover of theLocal exchanges and Service Nodes. Has had exposure to work on the 5 ESS,ISM1SLM 1DACS 4/4/1 and ADM 16/1 Transmission equipment.

During this period, Mr. Alam has demonstrated his leadership as well as histechnical capabilities in a very positive manner. His working attitude and goodmoral conduct in dealing with customers, colleagues and superiors has beenoutstanding.Mr. Alam has not been involved in any traffic violation or traffic accident or anyderogatory acts while working in the Kingdom.
