2000 Tritón – Starý Mateřov

The company Tritón Pardubice accomplished another stage of production facility construction.

A new warehouse and logistics facility with an area of 2100m² was opened.Whole production runs in three halls with an area of 9700m².

State-of-the-art technologies are linked together as a one compact unit, which has no competition within medium-sized companies across the market of Europe.

Full automation, maximal performance and low energy consumption of each machine are guarantee of excellent quality and low prices of our products.

Relationship to the environment is already visible from afar. The property company is based in the park, in which are planted hundreds of trees and shrubs, which help to integrate the factory buildings into the surrounding landscape.

Tritón Company has many years of experience with exhibitions. First experience was in 1995.

After the establishement of clothes lockers division we participated in the international trade fair of living MOBITEX in Brno.

Last year we participated in international trade fair for

fi tness, wellness and health - FIBO in ESSEN, Germany. We are going to participate in FIBO 2012 as well.

In 2011 we took part in GOLF SHOW exhibition in Prague. Our presentation could be seen in trade fair FOR ARCH 2011 Prague as well.

MARKETING – MOBILE PRESENTATION

In order to improve our support we have purchased and equipped a mobile presentation workplace which is ready to go out to your current important or potential clients and to present the Tritón company products. Hereby we want to support your sales activities which we highly appreciate.

You can order an attendance to our presentation truck including our instructor at

The presentation truck is equipped with an up-to-date presentation technologies, samples of the Tritón products, a bar and a place for refreshment. When necessary, even a power unit can be connected, thus we are not dependent on power supply in the presentation place.

Packaging We deliver our products in new packages. Clothes lockers have edges shielded by highly resistant polyurethane foam and the whole locker is then protected with a shrink-wrap against dust and scratching when being transported. All our products are distributed on wooden pallets.

TransportationTransportation of our goods is provided with our own vehicles or in cooperation with our contract carriers.

MODERN LOOKWe make our products in design, which matches the demand for equipment present interiors.

HIGH QUALITY PROCESSINGWe use material selection and due to this our products are the best on the market. A new factory building allowed us to start production with the help of brand-new manufacturing technologies. We currently use machines for bending and for treatment of sheet material made by TRUMPF company. And there is another top-class workplace, a bending centre delivered by RAS. The above-mentioned technologies, together with updated software, move the production to completely new dimensions.

180°WIDE DOOR OPENINGThe unique hinge system which was developed and patented by our company enables almost 180° wide opening of the door and comfortable access into the locker.

SOLID FRAME STRUCTURETritón clothes lockers are specifi c for a very high stability. This atribute is achieved through the use of a solid frame structure which comes out of our company’s longtime experience with manufacture of data cabinets. These cabinets (manufactured in a similar way and from material of the same thickness as lockers) are usually able to bear up to 400 kg load.

HIGH RESISTANCE OF PAINTSSurface treatment of steel parts is performed on our new powder paint-shop with the help of the most up-to-date technologies. The used powder paints are suitable for creation of a hard and durable surface with high mechanical and chemical resistance. Minimum thickness of surface fi nish is 65 μm.

VENTILATIONA perforation in the construction of locker ensures uniform air fl ow in the locker.

Cylindrical lock Locking fi xes the door in their central part. As a standard, locks

are equipped with two steel keys.

We recommend to order 1 programming key (red) and 1 manager key (black) to each order. Then there is solution in case of battery failure or lost code.

Slot lock Locking is fi tted for inserting 1EUR value coin. Counters can be

The key remains blocked in the lock until a coin is inserted and the locker is locked. After unlocking the locker, the coin gets released and returned back or it is held back in a money-box, the key remains blocked in the lock again. Slot locks can be equipped with a general key system.

Description Clothes lockers are made of laminated chipboard with an optional colour decors also made of high

quality steel sheet with a powder painting surface treatment which ensures excellent product look as well as simple maintenance for a long time. All edges are equipped with an ABS rail where a long lifetime of clothes lockers is ensured. Separating crossbars have rough-drilled holes for a possibility to rearrange, eventually to add shelves. Perforation in the steel body ensures an effective ventilation. It is possible to screw lockers one to another and to form one compact stable complex.

Use Tritón golf lockers offer a possibility to put your golf equipment into a safe and stylish place. Right

next to the space for golf carts, there is a handy golf–club holder.

On The inside of the door, on the inner side of the door you can fi nd a space for golf balls. Shelves in the upper part of the locker are perfect to put various small items on them.

Use Clothes lockers are useful especially in cloakrooms of various facilities (companies, schools, sport

facilities, hospitals etc.).

Options of colours Surface treatment of lockers using powder painting technology is in full accordance with our

customer’s requirements. The paint has good resistance to chemical and mechanical damages.

Standard colour scale for the steel body consists of RAL 7035 (light grey), RAL 9005 (black) and RAL 5005 (blue) shades.

Description Clothes lockers are made of a high quality steel sheet with powder painting surface treatment which

ensures excellent product look as well as simple maintenance for long time. The steel body and doors are equipped with a ventilating perforation which ensures effective ventilation of the locker. It is possible to screw lockers one to another and to form one compact stabile complex this way.
