Balustrades
Staircases – ranging from industrial galvanised finish, to architectural with a range of balustrades including stainless steel tensioned wires, perforated steel infill panels or toughened glass
Feature stairs comprising of powder coated stringers, pan type treads, and anti slip finishes

Keyline offer customers extensive knowledge and experience in the design, manufacture and installation of staircases, fire escapes, and access platforms for industrial and commercial environments. Where required, our engineers will visit the site of a proposed installation, then prepare schemes for access, storage, or fire emergency use. These proposals are then submitted to the customer for approval. Upon receipt of an order, 3D designs are produced to the most exacting requirements to ensure stability and durability.
Handrails and guardrails are designed to provide safety and give reassurance for the users of our staircases, walkways and other similar structures. Double line tubular handrails are systems designed to relevant British standards and loadings. Available in either tubular or solid construction or a combination of both. We supply handrails not only to complement our staircases, platforms etc but also as completely independent items.
Keyline can facilitate the design, manufacture and install balustrades to suit architectural designs, individual needs or industrial requirements. Balustrades are functional but they can also be dramatic. We have produced complex and simple systems to meet architects’ requirements in a range of materials and finishes. Handrails can also be supplied in a number of material options including timber and can be manufactured for both internal and external applications e.g. – fire escapes, feature staircases, stairwells, office stairs, balconies, footbridges and walkways.
Keyline can source a range of ladders that can be designed to fit most structures.

Keyline can facilitate the design manufacture and install all types of maintenance and access platforms including signalling platforms. We evaluate environmental and operator safety factors to ensure a “fit for purpose” solution in all of our platform designs.
Perimeter security is the first point of defence against vandalism and theft. Keyline provide a wide range of security fencing systems, these include Chainlink, Weldmesh, Palisade, Railings and Welded Wire panels.
Perimeter access plays an important role allowing site personnel on and off the site whilst preventing unwanted intruders. Keyline can source matching single and double leaf gates for pedestrian and vehicle access.
Keyline have various open and solid types of flooring systems, which are designed to specific customer requirements. These provide safe and practical solutions to plant and maintenance areas.

Cage systems provide a suitable solution for securing assets that require a lower level of physical protection than a kiosk offers. Cages also benefit from improved light entry and ventilation. Keyline can offer a range of cages that are certified to LPS 1175 SR2 and SR3.
