Preferred ContractorArrow Septic Pump out 2010 results were
outstanding. 12 SRHA members participated; it will be offered again in May and October 2011.
Special Pricing for Lawn Fertilization from Scotts, Lawn Doctor for SRHA Members.
Automotive Paradise offered $15.00 oil changes to SRHA in the Month of August.
Special request for 2011 – Lawn Care Preferred Contractors.

Preferred Lawn Care ContractorsIf your lawn care company would be interested in
offering SRHA members a discount on lawn care, please contact Herb LeBlanc with their name and phone number.
The Board needs a minimum of 3 contractor quotes to determine fair pricing.

Landscaping Committee Sands and Smith Rd Signs and Monuments were weeded and the
bushes and trees were trimmed by Linda and Herb LeBlanc saving SRHA $500.
Sands and Smith Road Signs and Monuments were repaired and painted by SRHA members Ron Rodewald, Joe O'Malley and Herb LeBlanc. New plants added at each entrance to upgrade overall appearance. Total savings to the SRHA estimate @ $2000.
Joe O’Malley, Jim Schlough and Herb LeBlanc teamed up to maintain the lawn at 3713 Church Hill on two separate occasions. The new owners will be billed by SRHA for this service.
Evaluate upgrades to road signs. Details will be discussed under new business.

Reviewed and resolved several architectural or property modification requests in Steeple Run.

ElectionsAs defined by our Covenants
– The SRHA Board of Directors shall consist of 5 – 9 members
– Each member shall be elected at the Annual Meeting– The term for an elected member is 2 years– A member who wishes to remain on the Board must
be re-elected at the end of their 2 year term– Specific positions on the Board (e.g., President) are
voted by the Board at their first Board meeting.• They are not specified at the Annual Meeting
